Charles Leclerc has just wiped out a bollard. Normally it's a quiet start to the weekend in the first session. Not today.

"It's worse than ice, you can't even go flat out on the straight."
"It's like driving on ice," says the Dutchman.
This could be a very lively session.

Your reaction to the 2021 calendar
As always we want your say and your thoughts. The 2021 calendar is our first talking point of the weekend.
What races are you happy made it, which shouldn't be there, which others should replace them and why? Also, 23 races, that's one long season. Too many? Too few?

The Vietnamese Grand Prix has been dropped from the 2021 Formula 1 calendar, raising doubts that the race will ever take place.
A street race in the capital Hanoi was due to make its debut in April this year before it was called off as a result of the coronavirus pandemic.
The date of the Vietnam race, 25 April, has been left blank on a 22-race schedule for 2021 published on Tuesday. The calendar could extend to 23 grands prix - a new record - if F1 can find a replacement for Vietnam.
The 2021 season is scheduled to start in Australia on 21 March and end in Abu Dhabi on 5 December.
The British Grand Prix at Silverstone is on 18 July and the new Saudi Arabian Grand Prix, announced last week, the penultimate race on 28 November.
We have four more races in 2020, but this week the calendar for 2021 was announced. No Vietnam, no Germany and none of the unusual venues we've had in 2020 get another go in 2021 at the moment - although there is still one TBC.
And it's 23 races planned, a new record. We're going to be busy.

As mentioned, Lewis Hamilton can become a seven-time world champion on Sunday. He needs 19 more points so a win in Istanbul or a second-placed finish along with the extra point for the fastest lap would do it.
If Valtteri Bottas is to keep the title race alive until Bahrain then he needs to get at least eight more points this weekend than Hamilton does.
Morning! It's an early start for the 14th race weekend of the season as we move on to Turkey - the first grand prix to be staged there since 2011.
First practice begins at 08:00 GMT, with second practice getting going at 12:00 GMT. As always, we will have live radio commentary of both sessions on this page.
The Constructors' Championship has already been secured for Mercedes...
