Bottas into the pits, but it is a disastrous stop, just as it was for him and George Russell in Bahrain in the Sakhir Grand Prix near the end of last season.
The front right wouldn't come off and any hope he had of a win may have just vanished as history repeats itself. At the Sakhir GP last year, Bottas' tyres were put on Russell's car, so at least it's not as bad as that.
But it's even threatened his chance of a podium now as he returns in fifth.

Red Bull HAVE to keep going. Verstappen has to go long and long and long and open up a tyre advantage to the end of the grand prix now.
I wonder if Hamilton might have cooked his tyres having gone so quickly so soon after putting them on out of the box. That drop he had on a hard tyre is not what Mercedes needed or would have expected.
Maybe now advantage back to Red Bull? It is swinging either way right now!

Deanna Troi: Tsunoda is mighty impressive for his debut race!
David Young: Did Sergio Perez ever catch up that missing formation lap? If not, could there be a post-race adjustment of places...?
Sara Turle: Battle back on. Lewis versus Max!
Those hard tyres only lasted 15 laps for Hamilton. He has another 26 to go. Will he have to come in again? Another 11 laps to find on the same tyres, that's some challenge.
"Lewis is in the pits, Verstappen could have undercut him, so we are going long."

Let's not forget Bottas. He is in with a shot as well. Bottas is only four seconds back so he is still there or thereabouts in this race.
Hamilton pits from the lead. Hards off, more hards on.
That hands the lead back to Verstappen, who as a reminder, is on the mediums so definitely has to stop again.
"I can't go any quicker."
Halfway. Hamilton's lead, which was at seven seconds a few laps ago, is now down to less than two.
Who wins this? I really don't know, and it's great to be able to say that.

Yuki Tsunoda is just bold isn't he? Fernando Alonso - lunging at him from 10 car-lengths back in your rookie race? Great move!

Arthur Moore: This season is a repeat of Hamilton, Verstappen and Bottas in the top 3 .... and yet it's nothing like last season.
Nick Hughes: Raikkonen passing Alonso with Schumacher not far behind...It is 2021, right?
Yuki Tsunoda is going to become a fan favourite very quickly if he keeps this up. He's just got past one champion in Vettel, now launches himself down the inside of another to get ahead of Fernando Alonso.
He needs to overtake another world champion in the form of Kimi Raikkonen to get up to 10th and a place in the points.

Sergio Perez is on the charge and up to eighth. He qualified 11th, but a mechanical issue on the formation lap saw him forced to start from the pits, so four points would be a decent return. Lance Stroll is next on the radar.

Hamilton and Verstappen are lapping at the same pace now. If Verstappen wants to win the race he needs to close the gap down to within two seconds and go for a long range undercut attempt - that is the way Verstappen wins this race.
Verstappen needs to find something if wants to win this race.
What of McLaren? Still on course for a large haul of points with Norris fourth and Ricciardo sixth. Leclerc is the man in the middle.
Yuki Tsunoda is in with a shout of a debut point here. He's just done Sebastian Vettel, doing the Aston Martin for pace on the straight as the youngster gets ahead of the four-time champ for 12th.
