Max Verstappen has increased his advantage over team-mate Sergio Perez to seven seconds, which is no surprise, as the world champion has the purple fastest lap marker parked firmly next to his name on the leaderboard.
Poor old Esteban Ocon. World champion number three is now hunting the Frenchman. It's team-mate Fernando Alonso, who waves goodbye to Ocon as he slips into ninth.
Lewis Hamilton has reached the papaya McLaren of Daniel Ricciardo. The Mercedes pulls out and makes the move without any fuss to take fifth.

That is Zhou Guanyu's third retirement in four races in the Alfa Romeo. It was a fragile car in testing and it remains a fragile car as the season progresses.
Max Verstappen can relax slightly out in front thanks to his six-second advantage. Meanwhile, Sebastian Vettel banks the eighth place from Esteban Ocon and the Aston Martin now has Yuki Tsunoda in his sights.

Esteban Ocon has already seen one world champion chase him down and now he has another on his rear wing. Sebastian Vettel is the next car to try and take the Frenchman's spot but for now, the Alpine holds in eighth spot.
