    Steven Teale: After having watched Hamilton and Gasly driving head to head on track for a few laps, what can be said about the Mercedes being 3+ seconds slower than the Red Bull? Can we read anything into it?

    John Petrie: Mercedes are not going all out but neither are Ferrari and Red Bull. Mercedes will need to improve over the first group of races because others seem to have the edge at the moment.
