Lap 33/50
Rookie Logan Sargeant is the only Williams left on track and American is flexing his muscles against the Haas of Nico Hulkenberg for 12th. The 22-year-old will need to pump a bit more iron as the more experienced German racer has got the defensive moves to block his path.

Ferrari's don't have much pace, they are going half a lap slower than the two Mercedes in front.

Andrew Priestley: He is clearly the fastest driver in the fastest car, but Max Verstappen does seem to benefit from an inordinate amount of Safety Car deployments. That Safety Car period probably didn’t even need to be a VSC, let alone a full Safety Car.
Lap 30/50
Race leader Sergio Perez holds a five-second advantage over Red Bull team-mate Max Verstappen in second, but the two-time world champion has just clocked another fastest lap.
Lap 29/50
George Russell thought Fernando Alonso, who is one place in front of the Mercedes, still had his five-second time penalty to serve.
Sorry, George. That happened during the safety car period. Get a move on.
Lap 28/50
Alex Albon is crawling down the pit lane and finally makes it the safety of the garage. After picking up a point in Bahrain, Albon is a DNF in Jeddah.
Lap 28/50
Lewis Hamilton is on the DRS hunt and the victim is his own team-mate George Russell. The seven-time world champion is on the medium rubber while Russell is on the hard tyres.

Not a good start for the season for Alex Albon and this race as we can see there are warning lights on his steering wheel. I am expecting Albon to limp home and will be put back inside the garage.
Lap 27/50
The Williams crew are standing up in the garage and getting ready for a slow-moving Alex Albon to make his way back to the pits.
Lap 26/50
Max Verstappen sets the fastest lap of the race after gaining 13 places so far.
Looks like Alex Albon has an issue in the Williams. The blond-haired driver is trying to stay out of the way of the rest of the field.

It's almost like Alonso has conceded, he knows the Red Bull is going to be up behind him, he's not even bothering defending down this straight, so he feels that maybe his battle is a little bit further behind with the Mercedes possibly.
Lap 25/50
Back to a Red Bull one-two at the front of the field. Max Verstappen passes the Aston Martin of Fernando Alonso and is running in second spot, with team-mate Sergio Perez his next target.

Robert: This shows how dominant and boring this season is going to be, Verstappen on old hard tyres, easily catching those on new hard tyres.
Lap 24/50
The inside line of Fernando Alonso looks favourable to Max Verstappen. The Dutchman has a little peek but decides to let the Aston Martin fight another lap.
"Tyres feel very good. I like this tyre."

Lewis Hamilton is pushing his Mercedes to the absolute limit as he ran slightly wide on one of the exits there so he can see his team-mate in front, he can see Max. Lewis is on the mediums and he knows this is his chance.
Lap 23/50
George Russell's chances of a podium have been dashed, for now, by the might of the Red Bull. The W14 didn't stand a chance as Max Verstappen put his foot down and sauntered through to take third spot.
