  8. 'He scores goals'published at 15:42 Greenwich Mean Time 21 February 2015

That is the warning Sohail Asghar of Cheltenham Wanderers has given on their "man to watch out for" Rich 'Henry' Sims.

"The walking football project is only five weeks old, but the turnout has been great," says Sohail. "The team is made up of players who have been attending our Wednesday evening walking football sessions and developed a friendship and become a 'tight-knit' group who share the same passion for football and love a good laugh."

So why walking football? Sohail simply said: "It's because we don't run."

    Fair enough.

Manager Simon Hewitt of Malt Shovel has some serious pedigree in his ranks. Top of the table in the York district league, they've lost just once all season - against their local rivals.

But the man to watch out for is Ian Huddlestone, scorer of 14 goals in just six matches this campaign. Quite a record. Almost like a Cristiano Ronaldo of 5-a-side football.

"It has been a good first season," says Simon. "We started the team without having anyone really interested but have built up a good squad of players."

  20. Get Inspired with the Golden Girlspublished at 15:21 Greenwich Mean Time 21 February 2015

Former Welsh international Nicky Davies has brought back together the Bradford City Golden Girls.

All the players in the team have played for Bradford City Ladies, some when they were in the top flight of women's football, the old Premier League.

"We support various teams from Liverpool to Leeds to Real Madrid," says Nicky. "My captain battled cancer and won last year with all of us supporting her."

    Inspiring stuff!
