Excellent work from East London Ladies FC who were training hard last night in preparation for day two. They will be hoping they have got their tactics in order for the big day.
"Excitement has taken over ELL this morning as we prepare for the challenge ahead that is The People's FA Cup!" they said on Twitter.
Amy Kington: Cotts isn't the only @bcfctweets gaffer today as I'll be managing the over 55's in @FA #PeoplesCup! #ImprovingLives

Congratulations to Toilet FC who have qualified for the next round of the Male Veterans competition from Goals Tolworth.
They'll be pleased their dreams and have not been flushed away just yet.
Not sure about their performances though. Bog standard I'm guessing.

If you haven't been to Harrogate, you are missing out on its array of tea rooms. From me, it is highly recommended. Anyway, the Nivdale Old Boys put together by Brian Charlton are a bunch of 36-40 year old mates from the North Yorkshire town. And these boys can play!
They are former winners of the Harrogate 5-a-side League, as well their "finest hour" of winning the Yorkshire Cup. "We still dine out on that now!" says Brian.
Can they now become national champions? "Hopefully we'll be making some more history on Sunday. Anything for 5 minutes of football fame hey!"
BBC Get Inspired's Chris Whyatt in Shoreditch: "Team United are a class act, easily accelerating into a early 2-0 lead, brilliantly instigated by star player Ruth, who sold a Pele-esque dummy at one point.
"East London Ladies doing their best to stem the tide...ah! It's 4-0 now."
Congratulations to some...
Abdullah Mayat: Great victory for us yesterday! On to the next round. The road to Wembley has begun, one step at a time

As we wait with baited breath for the first round results to come in through the weekend, one team might just have raised the bar to a whole new level.
Last night, The One Team To Rule Them All did just that after recording a mind-boggling 21-1 victory at Goals Bristol North.
Can anyone beat that score?

Ah, Gloucestershire. Home of the Cheese Rolling Championships at Cooper's Hill.
Are you part of Abbeymead Rovers? I have been told it is the holder of Gloucestershire's community club of the year award. You may have had a call from Stuart Langworthy asking you to play in the tournament. Well, he's struggling to get a team together for the walking section this weekend.
Stuart says he also plays with a group in Stroud who became runners-up in the first, unofficial national competition for walking football. This may be your chance of glory. You won't want to regret it.
By the way, have I told you about my addiction to cheddar cheese? It's only mild though.
PlayFootball Nottingham: Planes (nearly), trains and automobiles were required for New Parkes FC this afternoon. The boys were taking part in the boys U16 tournament in Nottingham and were travelling over from Leicester.
Unable to all fit in one car half the team took alternative routes of transport to get here on time and take part in the event. That's commitment!

The Pink Panthers won the Under 16s event at Play Football in Portsmouth Well done boys!
The teams are primed and ready to go at Power League in Blackburn.
The action soon gets underway..
Creaky United is led by Greg Meehan, a team of players all in their 40s. A warm-up match last week didn't quite go to plan, getting "spanked" with some members having "difficulty walking freely".
Greg says: "The team consists of my little brother 'Pistol' Pete (41) and I Greghairy (45) a mate from school. Rob 'The Fleeting' Keating, a mate from a rival school Iain 'The incurably diseased' Fuller (46), Martin 'The Studmeister' Studd (48) (aka The Daddy), Gleave 'The Parsons Nose' Parsons and Nick 'The Cat' Convey." (No, not the one pictured)
And what of their chances? "This is by no means a midlife crisis, we have already booked conjoining rooms at Wembley's Premier Inn and expect to go all the way...(to the pub just by the station where they show all the footy)."
CC Casuals are taking on top seeds Tuttle United in the semi final of the tournament at Goals in Portsmouth. Remember, Tuttle won all six games in the group stages.
Frensham Height Leg-Ends are taking on Monday Night Mayhem in the second semi final. Got to say, they are all looking very smart.
