  9. Sprowston back in the finalspublished at 14:01 British Summer Time 29 April 2018

We remember Sprowston Ladies from last year, when the Norwich side's U16 Girls flattened pretty much everyone in their path on the way to winning the title in Birmingham.

This afternoon it's the turn of the Adult Females - can they emulate the juniors?

Here's a miss from Sala against Snaith Galaxy in the U16 Boys category earlier.

  18. 'They told me I couldn't play football because I'm a girl'published at 13:31 British Summer Time 29 April 2018

This week we are celebrating Girls Football Week, as the Football Association plan to double the number of females playing the sport by 2020.

And here's a story which will warm your hearts. Six-year-old Sheffield United fan Jessie Adams was told she couldn't join in a game of football because she was a girl.

Within days of Jessie's mother posting on social media expressing her sadness, Sheffield United got in touch with her and got her involved in their regional talent club.

  20. Shout out to the unsung heroespublished at 13:23 British Summer Time 29 April 2018

Of course, we're mostly focusing on the players at the finals, but don't forget, there's a huge cast of staff and volunteers at St George's Park this weekend, without whom none of this would be possible.

So let's hear it for the unsung heroes, like Lauren here (and all our referees!), who do such a brilliant job in making the FA People's Cup a great experience for players and fans alike.

    Cheers!
