Sala Soccer 2-0 Chewton
A lot closer than it sounds, this one in the U16 Boys.
Chewton hit the bar and the Sala Soccer goalkeeper made a series of brilliant one-on-one saves.

It doesn't result in a goal but check out the close control from Danby Rovers in the Adult Male Disability League category.
Brave formation proposed here, asking a lot of the full-backs...

Here's the El Rondo Number One.
His goalkeeping skills are way better than his jersey design skills!
And here's their quick break for the only goal against Sala Soccer.
Aspie Avengers' keeper has been a busy man against Warriors in their Adult Male Disability Championship clash.
This one - tipped onto the post - was just one of a number of excellent saves. Warriors eventually ran out 2-0 winners but it could have been a lot more.

Respect to the spectators!

A nice jink inside and finish as Bolton Lionesses take the lead against Thetford Bulldog Belles.
But a loose touch from the defence is seized upon and Thetford make it 1-1. That's how it finished.

Meet Sala Soccer, a team of boys who were all released by professional academy clubs and now "want to prove" a point in the FA People's Cup finals at St George's Park...
They've had a fortuitous start in the U16 Boys category as their first-match opponents didn't turn up - so they've automatically got the point by default.

And here are the Bolton Lionesses U16 girls having a debrief after their first match, which they lost 2-0 to Carlisle City.
Bolton Lionesses have two teams appearing at St George's Park this weekend.
The U14 Girls got to the semi-finals on Saturday - so how will their U16 Girls team fare today?
We went along to meet some of the girls (and their coach)...
Now where did I put that other sock?
Luton Town Hatters look ready for action - here's their pre-warm-up huddle.
Or maybe they're just huddling for warmth. It's a brisk morning at St George's Park.
