The East London Ladies F.C. first entered the FA People's Cup in 2015 with one team. Fast forward four years and they've got three ladies team and they're also entering a Male Vets team for the first time!

The team consists of dads whose daughters attend our East London Little Ladies sessions which takes place every Saturday morning in Hackney - come wind, rain or shine.

The E.L.L Men’s Veterans Team is led and coached by the daughters themselves along with a voluntary female coach and other girls who attend the sessions.

Many have not played football for many years - including some of them when they were teenagers!

  12. KICK-OFFpublished at 10:00 Greenwich Mean Time 23 February 2019

So what's happening this morning? Well across the country a number of games have just kicked off in the Adult Female, Female Veterans (35+) and the all new category of Female Walking Football.

Later this afternoon it's the turn of University Female, Walking Football (mixed gender) and Male Veterans.

You can also throw into the mix some Adult Male Premiership and Adult Male Championship Disability games and a few University Male and Female matches.

Basically, what we're saying is that there's A LOT of football going on today with something for everyone!

  13. What's in it for the winners?published at 09:56 Greenwich Mean Time 23 February 2019

Those victorious today will play in the semi-finals on the weekend of March 23/24 ... and from there, the finalists will be heading to St George's Park, training base for the England national teams, on the last weekend in April.

And if that's not enough, each winner in the 15 categories lift their trophy at Wembley on FA Cup final day in May.

Not a bad prize. Here's how last year's winners found their day at Wembley.
