    Although this weekend has been filled to the brim with FA People's Cup action, the first round has actually been taking place in various locations throughout February.

    We've had mid-week games from College and University participants (a few of which you can see here). There are a few more happening today so stay tuned.

    Playing at St George's Park is great, but each wining team in the 15 categories will also lift their trophy at Wembley on FA Cup final day in May.

    In the first round of the competition there are 4,000 teams playing across 240 venues.

    There are 15 different categories, including the new Women's Walking Football tournament, so it's open to all and it has been free to enter.

    Winners from today will progress to the semi-finals, taking place 23-24 March, and the finals will be held on the last weekend of April at St George's Park, home to the England national teams.

    But win, lose or draw, the FA People's Cup is all about having fun and enjoying the beautiful game.
