Each team will play three 15-minute matches before another 15-minute quarter-final based on where they finish in the groups.

If you've not been following the FA People's Cup this year, this is what it's all about...
It's England’s largest and most inclusive small-sided competition.
Over 4,000 teams have competed this year at over 240 venues around the country.
The category winners from the semi-finals in March have come together at the national football centre - St George's Park - this weekend, in the hope of winning the titles.
The champions from each category will be invited to Wembley to watch the FA Cup final next month. One member of the winning team will be awarded the trophy on the pitch in front of thousands!

There were 98 winners of the semi-finals in March across 15 categories and the occasion was full of upsets, success stories and cracking goals.
The Welsh finished in style as Amlwch Town completed an almighty comeback to beat Blackpool 4-3 after trailing 3-1 to win the Walking Football group in Manchester.
In Wimbledon, 74-year-old Roy reflected on his 49 years as a referee, while 65-year-old Mike from Wakefield Wanderers was playing in his fourth FA People's Cup.
And the Histon FC Ladies celebrated an enjoyable day with a 7-0 win and a post-match KFC meal.

So, to kick things off, we'll have five categories battling away in the group stages this morning:
Six teams in the Disability Youth, six teams in the Futsal College Male and four teams in the Disability Female categories will fight for a place in the semi-finals following a round-robin format.
The University Female and Male categories are split into two mini leagues. They will then play a round-robin group stage to fight for a place in the quarter-finals.

The first seven FA People's Cup 2019 champions will be crowned today.
The competition, which involves 15 categories, has come down to 98 teams.
