Tiger Woods, Rocky Balboa, Ricky Bobby eat your heart out!
Well, maybe not quite, but that’s quite a comeback from Jeremy McWilliams after a torrid week.
Christian Elkin and Michael Rutter round out what could be the smiliest podium all day.
Finally, it was un triste addio for our Thursday winner (a sad farewell for you non Italian speakers*) Stefano Bonatti, after his first-lap crash.

McWilliams celebrates third NW200 victory
Quote MessageThere is nothing like standing on the top step of a North West podium and this is a repayment for the KMR Racing team. I just couldn't wait for the race to be over. I couldn't manage to shake Christian off, but it means more when you have to fight for it.

This his been McWilliams versus Elkin from the second lap and it continues in the final trip round the circuit.
It's McWilliams in front but Elkin, much to Jeremy's annoyance, is still very much within touching distance.
The race leader keeps having little looks rounds his shoulder to see where Elkin is, he's not going to shake him off entirely so he's best served focusing on the road ahead.
I think he's got it you know, he does!
Jeremy McWilliams, the man who wasn't sure if he would race today after crashing out on Thursday, takes his third win at the North West 200!
Elkin finishes second with Michael Rutter in third.
McWilliams gets a good run out of the roundabout towards station corner to just edge ahead.
Michael Rutter is now way back and this is absolutely a two horse race. McWilliams makes a bit of a break coming into Metropole and the 55-year-old two-time North west winner is leading going into the last lap.
McWilliams and Elkin stretch their lead at the front with Rutter seemingly unable to keep the pace.
Was that a little it of showmanship from Christian Elkin? After momentarily losing his lead, Elkin moved right up alongside McWilliams as he passed him and turned his head towards the veteran racer as if to say "I'm not going anywhere".
Neither is McWilliams by the looks of things as they come along coast road, but Elkin finds a bit of a lead and it's a two horse race at the halfway stage.
Oh no, Stefano Bonetti is off after losing control at York corner.
Now then, the battle of the veterans up front as Michael Rutter and Jeremy McWilliams intermittently swap first as they go past University and towards the roundabout.
It's Rutter in front but here comes Christian Elkin, breezing past the two old hands as if they weren't there but McWilliams fights back and slides down the inside into first.
The Supertwins are on their way!
In the aftermath of his crash on Thursday, Jeremy McWilliams suggested that he might not be racing come Saturday.
But he's here on the grid, leathers and helmet on, he'll be in action in the Supertwins.
Four lap Supertwin is next up.
Stefano Bonetti was the surprise winner in the first race in this class on Thursday.
The first Italian winner in the 90 year history of the North West 200, what a great story.
Can he make it a double?
Confirmation of the final standings. Alastair Seeley will be disappointed with fifth but what a battle that was up front.

What. A. Final. Lap.
You’ll struggle to see three better overtakes all week than that Kawasaki dual!
Irwin on Hillier into Magherabuoy, Hillier hits back at Metropole before that stunning race-winning pass into Juniper. Simply outstanding!
The cheer from the crowds says it all, Glenn Irwin is back!
For a man who has one eye on “the bigger picture” next week, that wasn’t a bad showing from James Hillier, who nearly stunned everyone by going out on a Stocker.

Quote MessageThe most important thing is the one-two because this team has had a such a difficult start to the year. It has been awesome working with James and I was really looking forward to going road racing with him. I feel bad for James as he probably deserved to win, but he is going to win a TT this year.
Glenn Irwin (Kawasaki), Four-in-a-row Superbike winner

Irwin uses the slipstream to surge past James Hillier, who is soon passed by Cummins but Hillier fights back brilliantly as they come towards Metropole.
They are three abreast into the turn and Hillier emerges in front with a beautiful move.
This is going to be tight as Irwin takes the inside line and goes in front at Juniper chicane.
Hillier nearly takes him at the last turn but Glenn Irwin olds on to take a brilliant win!
His fourth Superbike win in a row!
Hillier second, Cummins third.
Hillier is so much faster through station corner than Irwin who cannot find the slipstream.
Irwin and Cummins have closed right up on the leader and we are in for a grandstand finish.
Conor Cummins sets Glenn Irwin in his sights and briefly has second but Irwin fights back.
With second chopping and changing James hillier continues to ride a brilliant race up front and looks like he has increased his lead. Very much a three horse race now with Derek Shiels and Alastair Seeley some was behind.
Hillier starts the final lap in the lead with Irwin and Cummins on his tail.
Meanwhile Gary Johnson has followed Michael Dunlop into the pits.
Hillier is flying and leads Glenn Irwin at the front.
Conor Cummins has recovered brilliantly from a poor start and overtakes Alastair Seeley in third.
Irwin narrows the gap at Juniper but still can't catch Hillier on his Superstock.
Cummins has the fastest lap by two seconds, this is going to be and exciting last two laps.
Michael Dunlop is out of this race and back in the pits having encountered a bike problem.
