Kieran McGeeney hands out two league debuts with Peter McGrane named at left full-back and Oisin Conaty at left corner-forward. Conaty actually made his championship debut last summer.
Ger Brennan takes charge of Louth for the first time in the league and will look to captain, Sam Mulroy to inspire any an upset.
Rian O'Neill is not named in the Orchard panel and hasn't played since last year's All-Ireland quarter-final loss to Monaghan.

Kerry meanwhile must plan without the services of both David and Paudie Clifford.
The Fossa stars have only recently re-joined up with the Kerry camp and are a few weeks away from returning to full match fitness.
