  2. Team news - Tyrone v Monaghanpublished at 19:21 Greenwich Mean Time 16 March

It's a basement battle at Healy Park as Tyrone host Monaghan in Division One with both sides battling to avoid the drop.

Defeat tonight will not be fatal for the Red Hands, but they have made a couple of changes from the team that lost to Kerry.

Aodhan Donaghy replaces the injured Conn Kilpatrick, while Kieran McGeary returns to the starting line-up for the first time in league with David Mulgrew making way.

It's do or die territory for Monaghan who can't afford to lose or else will face the drop to Division Two. They have produced the final day Houdini act on a number of occasions and although a draw will keep them alive, it's a win they really need.

With that in mind, Vinny Corey has made several changes from their defeat against Galway with Conor McCarthy coming into the defence for Thomas McPhillips, while Joel Wilson is named at midfield in place of Mícheál McCarville and Ryan McAnespie is in for Andrew Woods in attack.

    Tyrone: N Morgan; C Devlin, P Hampsey, C Quinn; B Cullen, P Harte, N Devlin; B Kennedy, A Donaghy; C Daly, S O'Donnell, J Oguz; D McCurry, D Canavan, K McGeary

    Monaghan: D McDonnell; R Wylie, K Duffy, R O'Toole; K O'Donnell, K Lavelle, C McCarthy; J Wilson, D Hughes; D Ward, M Banningan, R McAnespie; M Hamill, J McCarron, C McNulty

    Tyrone v Monaghan (19:30 GMT)

It's an Ulster derby up next in Division One as Tyrone and Monaghan do battle at Healy Park.

It was a dramatic affair when the pair met in Omagh in last season's Ulster Championship with the Farney County winning that one with a late goal from Ryan O'Toole.

Both sides are caught in a relegation battle in this year's league so expect another feisty encounter.

    Kildare 1-8 Donegal 0-17

Donegal's expected promotion straight back to Division One of the Allianz Football League is sealed as they complete a 0-17 to 1-8 over Kildare which also confirms the Lilywhites' relegation to Division Three. That was a sixth straight defeat for Glenn Ryan's side.

Armagh and Donegal secure promotion with a match to spare and presumably both Kieran McGeeney and Jim McGuinness may use next week's dead rubbers against Cork and Meath to take a look at a few fringe players.

At the other end, they have still yet to concede a goal through six league games.

Cavan were simply outclassed, but they will be hoping that today's performance was an aberration.

Cavan manager Raymond Galligan clearly wasn't happy with what he saw in the first half, as he made three half-time changes: Conor Brady, Tristan Noack Hofmann and Oisin Brady are in - Niall Carolan, James Smith and Cian Madden are out.

  19. Antrim far from safe as they lose in Clarepublished at 17:38 Greenwich Mean Time 16 March

Division Three: Clare 0-15 0-12 Antrim

A win in Ennis would have ended Antrim's relegation worries in Division Three but instead they suffered a fourth straight defeat as Clare edged a 0-15 to 0-12 victory.

Limerick are relegated after their 0-9 to 0-8 defeat by Oisin McConville's Wicklow.

Antrim host Wicklow next Sunday and defeat by the Garden County will see Andy McEntee's side relegated if Offaly beat Limerick in Tullamore.

Offaly drew with Sligo today to move to three points so a victory for them over the Treaty County next weekend will move them to five points - one ahead of Antrim if the Saffrons are beaten by Wicklow.

A Wicklow victory at Corrigan Park will move them to four points alongside Antrim but McConville's side would avoid the drop on the head-to-head rule providing only they and the Saffrons are on the four-point mark.
