    Allianz Football League

That's all the Allianz Football League ups and downs done and dusted folks.

Derry were tested in the opening half by Roscommon but took total control in the second half to run out 2-19 to 1-9 winners to set up a Division One Final next weekend against Dublin, who routed a young Tyrone side 5-18 to 0-12.

Mayo defeated already-relegated Monaghan 2-13 to 1-14 at Clones which meant that Galway stay in Division One despite their 0-15 to 1-10 defeat by Kerry.

In Division Three, Down held their nerve to seal promotion alongside Westmeath as they defeated Clare 3-15 to 1-10 while Antrim survived by holding off Wicklow 1-14 to 0-14 at Corrigan Park, which means Oisin McConville's side slip back to Division Four after being promoted last year.

Mention of Division Four and it's Laois and Wexford who earn promotion after they defeated Waterford and Longford respectively today.

Thanks for joining us once again. We'll be back on duty for next weekend's League Finals at Croke Park. In the meantime, enjoy the rest of your Sunday.

    FT: Antrim 1-14 Wicklow 0-14

    FT: Down 3-15 Clare 1-10

All the pressure was on Down heading into today's promotion decider, but they have risen to the challenge and earned a well-deserved win over Clare.

The key moment came midway into the second half when they scored two goals in the space of a minute, via Odhran Murdock and Danny Magill.

They can begin looking forward to next week's Division Three league final against Westmeath, who were beaten 1-14 to 0-11 in Sligo today.

    Down 3-13 Clare 1-7

Daniel Guinness and Liam Kerr have pointed for the hosts, either side of a Mark McInerney score.

With Sligo leading Westmeath 1-13 to 0-9, Down would have been promoted regardless of their result, but they have taken care of business in style.

The game is well over as a contest with the minutes ticking away.

There is less than 10 minutes to go here at Pairc Esler, and it is hard to see anything other than a Down victory from here.

A Mark McInerney free point for Clare has been cancelled out by a Danny Magill score.

    Dublin 5-18 Tyrone 0-12

Dublin ease into next Sunday's Division One league final with a 21-point annihilation of Tyrone.

Lorcan O'Dell, Niall Scully and Cian Murphy all netted either side of two Colm Basqeul goals.

The All-Ireland Champions dished out a harsh lesson to a young Red Hand side.

Dublin can now prepare for a league final with Derry next weekend. Tyrone will need to pick themselves up for their meeting in four weeks with the winners of the Ulster SFC opener between Monaghan and Cavan.

It's all over in Celtic Park. Yo-yo side Roscommon are relegated from Division One for the fourth time in eight seasons.

Derry and Dublin, the two sides who came up from Division Two this year, will contest this year's Division One final in Croke Park on Easter Sunday.

This was very comfortable for the Oak Leafers, who scored 2-18 of their total of 2-19 from play.

If the second goal didn't indicate that it's game over, Danny Magill has just made sure of it!

Following the penalty goal, Down overturned the kick out and worked it to Odhran Murdock. He fist passed the ball through to Magill, who couldn't miss and he rounded the goalkeeper and finished into the empty net!

    That should be game over!

Pat Havern pointed from play, before Daniel Guinness was brought down in the penalty area by Clare's Alan Sweeney.

Odhran Murdock stepped up to the spot and made no mistake, burying his effort low and into the corner.

Conor Cox ends a Derry run of 1-7 without reply.

But it's brief respite as Ethan Doherty tags on his fourth point. Sub Cormac Murphy scores a lovely point. These Derry forwards are playing for league final spots and they are all putting their hands up.

Then Shane McGuigan could have buried a third Derry goal but showed a little mercy to the Rossies and tapped the ball over the bar.

Goal disallowed for Downpublished at 15:09 Greenwich Mean Time 24 March

    Down 1-9 Clare 1-5

Down thought they had their second goal - in bizarre circumstances - but it has now been disallowed!

Daniel Guinness was storming through and was fouled. The referee blew the whistle for a free, but Guinness was in the motion of shooting. The Clare defence and goalkeeper were flat footed as his shot trickled over the line. Initially the goal was given, but then David Coldrick and his umpires indicated that it won't stand.

Instead, Pat Havern tapped over the close range free.
