There's probably a lot of those players that haven't played under Jim McGuinness.

I think when you're coming in as a manager and you're selling something to the players they need to see it's working.

They did in Division Two and they did today.

It was nice and the goals were the killer. They were all simillar and you can imagine that was practiced and practiced on the training ground.

It was the confidence, the energy and the more the game went on the more they felt they belonged.

    What a result.

Thirteen years on, Jim McGuinness sends a bolt through Ulster once again.

McGuinness shared what looked like a very cordial and respectful exchange with Mickey Harte at full time and it won't be the last time they meet in the championship.

    What a game.

Derry's reign as Ulster champions comes to a shocking end at Celtic Park as they lose by six points to Donegal.

Daire O Baoill hit the net twice, before Oisin Gallen rolled home a penalty and Jamie Brennan put the game beyond doubt with Donegal's fourth of the evening.

Jim McGuinness' second spell at Donegal is off to a remarkable start, and he gets one over on his old rival Mickey Harte.

Whilst Donegal are worthy winners, Derry were the architects of their own downfall, with their goalkeeper Odhran Lynch caught off his line for three of the goals, and the other coming from a penalty.

Donegal will meet either Cavan or Tyrone in the semi-final next Sunday.

This is crazy - why was the call not brought on to change that structure with the keeper coming out. If it happened twice, if it happens three times then you need to change it, do something different. That's not good enough.
