It was one of GB's most heartbreaking moments of Rio 2016 so far. Louis Smith fell off the pommel horse as GB missed out on a medals in the men's team event in the gymnastics.
Smith had upped the difficulty level on his specialist apparatus to try to get the team into the top three but the move backfired as Japan took gold, Russia silver and China the bronze. GB were fourth.
