Ripper of a night in prospect at the Aquatic Centre - Phelps v Le Clos v Cseh, Britain's Siobhan-Marie O'Connor having a crack at the Iron Lady, Katinka Hosszu, and then GB v USA v Aussie in the 4x200m freestyle. Noisy and sticky as a 2am nightclub too, albeit with less neon and healthier looking bodies.

Yes! One of the absolute stars of London 2012 is with the BBC commentary team poolside. Bert le Clos, Chad's father, is with Helen Skelton and co. Who can forget his reaction after Chad beat Michael Phelps? Brilliant.

Chad is in Rio having to deal with both his parents battling cancer.

Any snacks Dave? There's got to be snacks. My colleague's just had a chocolate biscuit followed by a piece of cheese. Not sure about that combination myself.

Genuinely can't get enough of Michael Phelps' game face.
