I am speechless for once. I am incredibly proud to see the journey that British gymnastics has been on.

I feel immensely proud of these guys.

I might go home and have a little cry.

I've just seen pictures of the medal ceremony for the men's pommel horse, Max Whitlock's second gold of the day.

Let's not forget that was a GB one-two, with Louis Smith pipped to the top price. He was in flood of tears on the podium, absolutely gutted.

And the conclusion of that mixed double final means that Andy Murray's singles final will soon begin. GB gold number five today? (Four is already guaranteed...)

    Women's sprint qualifying

What a start from Great Britain's Becky James in the women's sprint qualifying event.

She won a silver medal in the Keirin yesterday and has just broken the Olympic record in the sprint.

Her time of 10.721 seconds eclipses the previous mark of 10.724 seconds, which had been set by fellow Briton Victoria Pendleton in London four years ago.

I'm just seeing pictures of Justin Rose's medal ceremony. He belted out the national anthem with a huge smile on his face. God Save the Queen practically on repeat in Rio at the moment.

We were hoping for maybe a gold and a silver but to come away with a double Olympic champion is just incredible.

I was watching Louis Smith during Max's routine there and it was hard to watch because they are friends and team mates but when Max's score came up, Louis looked devastated.

The medal table has already been updated. Great Britain have won three gold medals in the space of two hours and now have 13 (yes, thirteen) in total.

China, have been overtaken. GB sit second behind the USA.

There's definitely one, maybe two more to come today.

I don't think Max can quite believe it! I am lost for words! He came onto the scene in 2012, won the bronze there and kicked on.

He's Commonwealth champion. European champion. World champion and now double Olympic champion! He's done everything!

    Absolutely unbelievable.

Until today, Great Britain has never won an Olympic gymnastics gold medal.

Now they have two. Both to Max Whitlock. In the space on 90 minutes.

The nation has a new hero. A sporting megastar is born.
