Men's 200m
Usain Bolt: "It is something you work so hard for and when the moment comes you are happy and also relieved. The fact I came here and everything worked out it is a brilliant feeling.
"I am getting older, I am not as young and fresh but I am excited I got the gold and that is the key thing. I focus on what I need to do because if I don't there will not be a Usain Bolt."
Last time running 200m? "I don't know. I said when I come to the championships in London next year it would be 100m and that's it. My coach has a way of trying to convince me, but personally I believe this is my last one."
Finally, a warning for Steve Cram: "I am going to listen back to this and hopefully you commented brilliantly on this one."
We can assure you, Usain, he did.

Men's 200m
Usain Bolt said last night that Andre de Grasse would regret running so fast in the semi-final. And guess what? He was right.
Andre de Grasse: "I maybe used up too much energy in the semi. I tried to go but there was nothing there."

No pressure Steve Cram but Usain Bolt just said that he is going to listen back to the commentary - and it had better be brilliant!
Usain Bolt has now won the 100m and 200m titles in Rio, London and Beijing.
The last Olympic champions before him were Justin Gatlin in the 100 and Shawn Crawford in the 200. An era of dominance.

Those opportunities don't come around often. That race was not the quickest and Adam Gemili knows to finish fourth is a bitter blow.

This is what it is all about as an athlete. Your career is about what you do in the individual events so Usain Bolt has completed that. No matter what he does from here he has done something that other athletes have not and may never do again, at least not in our lifetime.
It has been tough with the injuries he had earlier this year, he has had to put aside the motivation that sustained him for so long, which was to run faster and faster and replaced that with just needing to cross the finish line ahead of everyone else. He has done that.
You may remember my colleague Stephan Shemilt posing the question earlier on as to why some of GB's stars had come back so early.
He'll be pleased with this from Jade Jones after her gold medal earlier on:
"I'm staying with my family for another week in Rio, so hopefully enjoy Copacabana beach."
Athletics didn't used to be like this, and you wonder if it will ever be again. Usain Bolt is box office.

Adam Gemili on BBC One: "I am heartbroken. I put so much into that run. I lost my form at the end and to get so close at the end is heartbreaking. I am absolutely gutted. I was in the inside, I knew Bolt would go and a lot of others would try and go with him.
Myself and my coach had said beforehand to let them go and save some energy. I did but I lost some form at the end but it has been a fantastic season. I have had such fantastic support but I am gutted I could not bring home a medal for Team GB.
"This is the fun bit of competing at championships. We have a big year next year in London and I can't wait to get out there and put this right because I am so gutted. Fourth place is the worst place you can be.
"We are not here to fill lanes any more. We have guys who can make these finals and push. It is a shame it didn't work out tonight but I'll reconvene with my coach and put it right where it matters."

Sara Petersen of Denmark took silver with USA's Ashley Spencer, bronze.
Unfortunately it wasn't Eilidh Doyle's day who finished in eighth against a competitive field.

Adam Gemili is absolutely gutted in his post-race interview. So, so close to a medal.
