It's the last action of the Rio Games with the men's gold medal basketball match between USA and Serbia.

It all feels very American in Carioca hall 1 with the announcer very much with a USA accent. The US are 33-22 up in the second quarter.

BBC One has just played a montage narrated by Eddie Butler. I'd rather like it if Eddie Butler narrated my life. Maybe there could be a highlights video each night before I go to bed.

Everyone is questioning how this happened but it took ten years to work out how to spend the money until Beijing.

There we got a blueprint and brought in experts, incredible people from all over the world to deliver the highest level of expertise.

That's definitely the greatest sporting protest of all time, right?

"We don't have to take our clothes off to have a good time."

That was Jermaine Stewart, wasn't it?

For what it's worth, this is my favourite moment of the Games. It might be my favourite sporting moment ever.

When the coaches of Mongolia's Mandakhnaran Ganzorig didn't like a call in the men's -65kg freestyle wrestling final, they did they only thing could to protest - strip. Obviously.

When all else fails, take your clothes off.

It took a little while to get going. In the early days we wondered where everyone was. We were lucky in London.

We expected a party city, that the whole atmosphere would sweep us along. I don't think that has quite happened in the way we thought it might. The ticket sales have been a huge issue that they haven't been able to solve.

To come and collect three medals I am really proud of the guys.

It shows the funding is doing well and the more support we get and more medals we produce.

They have all done everyone proud.

Graham Roberts: Okay so Joyce didn't win the fight but how could any judge in his right mind give the last round to Yoka?

Dean Faccini: Those judges are a disgrace. What a farce. Joe Joyce was the winner. I am fuming. Impressed with Joe in defeat. Very dignified.

It is like you have to knock them out in the heavyweight division.

I was praying he caught Yoka with one shot.

The power Joe possesses he penetrates the gloves and the body.

    He is a phenomenal  fighter.

USA's Kyle Snyder won -97kg freestyle wrestling gold in a tight tactical battle with Azerbaijan's Khetag Goziumov.

Snyder, 20, became world champion aged just 19 in 2015 after a distinguished early career in America, and followed up on that promise here.

Goziumov, 33, improved upon the bronze medals he took at Beijing 2008 and London 2012.

Romania's Albert Saritov and Magomed Ibragimov of Uzbekistan took bronzes.

I have never seen a heavyweight throw so many punches.

Joe was aggressive, making the fight.

For me he is Olympic champion. In spirit he is champion.

I am so proud of what he has achieved, he is a credit to the sport in and out ring.

Silver medalist Joe Joyce: "It was the last medal for the Olympic Games and I thought the gold was mine so I will just have to watch it back and see where it went wrong.

"My coach let me know I was down but I was landing shots all of the last round.

"I thought all throughout I was throwing punches, going through his guard and it was just the odd shot he nicked it.

"I gave it my all, got the training right. I am just disappointed. Silver isn't that bad, I expected the gold but it wasn't to be."

BBC Sport boxing pundit speaking on Radio 5 live

It showed what Tony Yoka has been doing in the gym; he’s spent four years perfecting his style. It was a good performance from Yoka but it was a terrific performance from Joe Joyce. The last round, Yoka barely landed a punch, let alone score a punch.

Every ounce of Joe Joyce's being went into those 12 minutes. It was a split decision and that was absolutely right, Joe Joyce clearly won that last round, but Yoka was just too clever in those opening two rounds.

One judge even scored that third round for Yoka, which I find slightly disturbing.

Greg: Yoka very lucky.Stood there like a punchbag and flicked the occasional punch.Quality not quantity I guess. No reward for effort.

Sam Holloway: Not sure the judges were watching the same fight as us. Still, finishing the fortnight with a silver is pretty special.

I think Yoka was fortunate to take two judges score in the first round.

He was very lucky indeed. What the judges will say is a lot of the shots hit the arms and the elbows.
