If Lebanon were to make it through to the knockout stages then Michael Cheika, who is also the Argentina rugby union head coach, would face the prospect of having to combine his two roles on the same weekend.
The Cedars would most likely to play in the Friday quarter-final in Huddersfield on 4 November while the Pumas face England at Twickenham two days later.

It has been 22 years since Ireland got out of the group stage.
What an opportunity it is for Ireland today. They performed so well last week but they will have to go one better. The carrot is Australia in a quarter-final.
As well as there being two more matches in the men's competition today, it's also the first day of the first Physical Disability Rugby League (PDRL) World Cup.
Four teams are competing - England, Wales, Australia and New Zealand. The final will take place next Sunday at Warrington Wolves' Halliwell Jones Stadium.
Comedian and TV presenter Adam Hills, who plays his club rugby with Warrington, has been selected in the Australia squad.

Lebanon head coach Michael Cheika has brought in Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs playmaker Khaled Rajab and Bilal Maarbani, who replace suspended star Adam Doueihi and Josh Maree.
Ireland make one change to the squad that was named for their opening victory against Jamaica, with Robbie Mulhern coming in for James McDonnell who is ill.
