Hull KR 6-10 Leigh
Ryan Hall knocks on in his own half and Leigh are given cheap possession once again in a good position.
Can they punish Hull KR further before the break?
Ben Reynolds
A third kick of the half from Ben Reynolds and Leigh's advantage doubles to four points.

This is a Challenge Cup final, the players work their socks off to get into this position and the referee makes that decision.
I'm not sure he led with the elbow. I think that is harsh.
Hull KR 6-8 Leigh
And it is decided that Elliot Minchella is worthy of a yellow card and ten minutes in the sin bin.
The Hull KR loose forward is the first player to be sin-binned in a Challenge Cup final for 22 years.
Hull KR 6-8 Leigh
A late shot from Elliot Minchella on Ben Reynolds as he kicks the ball away is penalised.
Hull KR let down by another piece of indiscipline.

What a lovely try that was. It's absolutely superbly executed to the nth degree.
The dummy pass is superb, the timing and angle of the pass to Lachlan Lam is too.
How many time have we seen the back rower burst through on the line? This time we've seen Lam do it too.
Ben Reynolds
Ben Reynolds adds the extras and Leigh retake the lead.
What a game we have!

Brilliant from John Asiata in the build-up. The Leigh machine is working. They were clinical there.
Lachlan Lam
Son is making dad purr with this one!
Lachlan Lam had been quiet up until now, but not anymore. Glorious stuff from coach Adrian Lam's son!
Excellent work from John Asiata and Kai O'Donnell as they break through at pace and Lam is on O'Donnell's shoulder to run it over close to the posts.
Fantastic rugby league right there.
Hull KR 6-2 Leigh
Australian centre Tom Opacic gives the ball up coming out of a tackle.
Wow, that is sloppy and Leigh get a scrum when they had been under pressure.
Hull KR 6-2 Leigh
The Robins are knocking on the door but they lose composure and give the ball away with a loose pass.
Both teams are playing risky rugby league. Mistakes, indiscipline, poor decision making - it feels like the last few minutes, not the first half!
They know the opportunity that is at stake.

I think they're very lucky there but Leigh aren't out of the woods yet as there's a set of six coming.
Leigh look a bit rusty with the ball and whoever can get on top of that sooner will be on the right side of the scoreboard.
Hull KR 6-2 Leigh
There is a check for a possible penalty try.
Leigh wing Tom Briscoe loses the ball in the tackle and Tom Opacic kicks the ball towards the try line.
But is he stopped illegally from reaching the ball?
No he is not. But Hull KR have possession in a good position.
Hull KR 6-2 Leigh
It has been a frantic and very enjoyable start to the game.
The only problem we are hearing that as many as 20,000 fans have arrived into the ground late due to awful traffic on the M1.
That is a real shame.
Brad Schneider
It's an easy one for the little Aussie Brad Schneider to add the two extra points and Hull KR are up and running.
Hull KR 4-2 Leigh
Brian Noble
Former Bradford coach on BBC Radio 5 Sports Extra
He found a way through and lifted his legs out of the tackles. He's right through the door and under the sticks.
Brilliant.

John Kear

That was sheer brute force and determination to shrug the defenders off.
The way he broke through, he had the composure. That is a great try.
Jez Litten
From nowhere, Jez Litten breaks through for the game's first try!
Ben Reynolds' kick did not go dead as Ryan Hall ran it back to gain valuable territory.
The ball is worked to Elliot Minchella, who does not go down under the attentions of two Leigh defenders and is able to release Litten.
He runs it over for the try - what a moment for the Hull-born player!

Former England international half-back on BBC Radio 5 Sports Extra
The referee said it's a spear tackle. Does he take it past the horizontal? I don't think he does.
But the referee says it's an illegal tackle. I think it's a harsh call.
