Captain Peter O'Mahony and scrum-half Conor Murray miss out for Munster after picking up injuries in last weekend's semi-final. But star winger Simon Zebo has been passed fit after concussion.

Glasgow skipper Al Kellock's final outing at Scotstoun came to a premature end with a head knock in the semi-final but he is fit enough to be included among the replacements. Rob Harley and Ryan Wilson return to the back-row.

There are so many sub-plots to this game it's hard to know where to start.

Glasgow skipper Al Kellock, on the bench today, is to call time on his career at full-time, while another towering lock, Paul O'Connell, is almost certainly making his farewell appearance for Munster. The 35-year-old Ireland captain is keeping tight-lipped about his future but has been heavily linked with a move to Toulon.

As Tom English wrote yesterday, two warriors, but there can be only one winner.
