What are your predictions, and let us know where you are and what you're up to this afternoon for the rugby.
Let's start with the top of the table where the teams that finish first and second in the table will be at home in the Pro12 play-off semi-finals - first v fourth and second v third.
No team has ever won a semi-final away from home since the introduction of the play-offs.
Beyond that there is also the question of qualification for the European Champions Cup.
The team that finishes highest from each of Ireland, Italy, Scotland and Wales gains a place, then the next three highest-placed teams in the table of any nationality.
Even after that there's a chance of a second bite of the cherry, as the next highest-placed team after that will enter a play-off with the seventh-placed team in England's Aviva Premiership - which is Gloucester - for the right to play the seventh-highest team in France's Top 14 for a place in the Champions' Cup.
The rest will play in the second-tier European Challenge Cup.
Hello and welcome to what should be a cracking last round of the Pro12 regular season.
Six matches all kicking off at the same 15:00 BST time and with something riding on every game for at least one of the teams involved.
We'll keep you posted on every twist and try this afternoon, and look forward to hearing from you as the drama unfolds.
