We lost to a very experienced Northampton side. We are not playing as well as we can. Today we were on the wrong end of the scrum. The game is too much in the influence of the referee guessing at scrum-time

  13. A tale of two halvespublished at 17:12

    Worcester 20-29 Leicester

In wild conditions at Sixways stadium, the term 'a tale of two halves' has never rung truer.

The first period was all Worcester, with the Warriors putting on a great attacking display.

But Donncha O'Callaghan's red card just minutes into the second half turned the game on its head.

In a match which saw four yellow cards for the home side, the Leicester Tigers ran in three second-half tries to earn a bonus-point victory.

A somewhat bitter end to an entertaining game for the hosts at least.
