  1. Penalty (Heathcote)published at 18:07 Greenwich Mean Time 26 March 2016

    Worcester 3-0 London Irish

The first points of the game go to Worcester Warriors, with Tom Heathcote right in front after Worcester forced a penalty.

They will feel short changed after the passage of play and pressure they have Irish under.

A few pick and drives,Carl Kirwan tries to force his way over the line, Niall Annett has a crack. But London Irish simply stand strong. Immense stuff by Irish and all Worcester have to show is the three points.

  2. Gloucester 9-7 Bathpublished at 18:04 Greenwich Mean Time 26 March 2016

Just under 10 minutes to go until half-time at Kingsholm.

Bath are working their way back into the game and are happy to use their back line despite poor playing conditions. However, they're not quite clicking at the moment.

Ryan Mills attempting to find room behind London Irish's defence with some weighted kicks through. Greig Tonks deals with them easily.

Some concern for London Irish as Topsy Ojo seems to be struggling with an arm injury. He got a jolt in an attempted tackle. Could be costly that.

  4. Worcester 0-0 London Irishpublished at 17:58 Greenwich Mean Time 26 March 2016

The first 20 minutes have passed by at Sixways.

What we have learned? London Irish are incredibly stubborn in defence, but lack polish in attack. They have been so for 17 games so far, it must be said.

Worcester have been more controlled in their attacking approach. That, however, has so far led to no serious raid on the try line.

  5. Worcester 0-0 London Irishpublished at 17:55 Greenwich Mean Time 26 March 2016

A penalty upfield and collapsed scrum later and London Irish are rushing the line. The attack doesn't even last a phase before Worcester deal with the danger.

This game is crying out for attacking quality.

  6. Penalty (Laidlaw)published at 17:49 Greenwich Mean Time 26 March 2016

    Gloucester 9-7 Bath

Another penalty from Greig Laidlaw inside the Bath 22 puts Gloucester back in front again.

London Irish holding strong so far, defending three phases deep in their own territory.

Francois Hougaard, however, showing great game management as Worcester come up with a line-out inside the 22m.

Pressure is relieved following a penalty. The Exiles managing to resist... just.

  8. try

Try (Cook, con Ford)published at 17:47 Greenwich Mean Time 26 March 2016

    Gloucester 6-7 Bath

Great ball carrying from Bath prop Henry Thomas has allowed Chris Cook to run in in under the posts for the first try of the afternoon

The Gloucester fans were calling for a forward pass but referee Wayne Barnes sees no reason to ask the TMO for a review.

Quarter of an hour gone at Kingsholm.

  9. Worcester 0-0 London Irishpublished at 17:46 Greenwich Mean Time 26 March 2016

Worcester's Francois Hougaard with a neat little grubberkick attempt  close to the line and he is thumped by Rob McCusker.

Oh, and bit of fire from the pair as they try get to their feet.

  10. Worcester 0-0 London Irishpublished at 17:43 Greenwich Mean Time 26 March 2016

London Irish throwing the ball around on the left edge trying to find a gap. However, great line speed from Worcester's defence eventually forces an errant pass into touch.

Positive by Irish, but they are lacking bite.

Gloucester extend their lead through the boot of Greig Laidlaw after another Bath infringement - this time for not rolling away on the edge of the 22.

There's heavy and consistent rain at Kingsholm.

  12. Worcester 0-0 London Irishpublished at 17:40 Greenwich Mean Time 26 March 2016

After a pause in play as Worcester hooker Niall Annett got some treatment, the hosts have a line-out 30m from their line.

They hold steady, make their way up field before London Irish spring back at them through Topsy Ojo. Another penalty by Worcester then allowed the Exiles to apply more pressure.

  13. Worcester 0-0 London Irishpublished at 17:36 Greenwich Mean Time 26 March 2016

Four minutes, two penalties. Poor discipline from Worcester is inviting London Irish to attack here.

  14. Penalty (Laidlaw)published at 17:36 Greenwich Mean Time 26 March 2016

    Gloucester 3-0 Bath

Greig Laidlaw puts the Cherry and Whites ahead at Kingsholm.

From about 35 metres out from in front of the posts the Scotland international makes no mistake, although his kick only just has the legs to go over.

Conditions are poor for both teams - it's breezy and marshy under foot.

  15. Worcester 0-0 London Irishpublished at 17:34 Greenwich Mean Time 26 March 2016

Bright starts have been a bit of a theme for bottom-of-the-table London Irish in recent weeks, and today is no difference as they press into Worcester's half early on.

But the Warriors defuse the danger and a clearing kick pins Irish deep in their own half.
