If the Cardiff Blues' demolition of the Ospreys was a firecracker of a game, the second is certainly a damp squib.
The Dragons won't care - they're doing a fine job of shackling the Scarlets.
But for the neutral, there is precious little to get excited about.
Newport Gwent Dragons are denied the opening try of the game by the Scarlets defence despite piling over the try line.
Referee Nigel Owens deems no grounding.

Newport Gwent Dragons hooker Rhys Buckley is penalised for an illegal no-arms tackle on Wales and Scarlets second-row Jake Ball.

Scarlets have some more injury worries with Liam Williams landing awkwardly after his try-saving intervention by covering a kick from Angus O’Brien.
Makeshift flanker Tadgh Berne also received lengthy treatment. It's all going for the Dragons so far
You would find it hard to believe the Scarlets have something major to play for with their flat start.
Remember, if they win they will go above the Ospreys to third place in the Pro12 table.
A big blow for the Scarlets as flanker James Davies is forced off with what looked like a shoulder problem.
Davies is a pivotal player in the Scarlets ranks.

There's a gentle hum of noise around the Principality Stadium as the Dragons and Scarlets get to grips with today's second match.
The game has yet to ignite and quite a few in the crowd are still returning to their seats after a few refreshments in between the two fixtures.
It has the feel of a cricket match, that constant but relatively quiet murmer of thousands of fans chatting away.

Scarlets are overwhelming favourites today, and it is the Llanelli-based region who have started strongest, with the likes of Wales centre Jonathan Davies making probing runs into the Dragons' 22.
The Dragons have been forced into an early change as well, with prop Lloyd Fairbrother taken off injured to be replaced by Brok Harris.

In Judgement Day IV, Scarlets sealed European Champions Cup qualification with a scrappy bonus-point win against Newport Gwent Dragons.
Scott Williams marked his return from injury with a try while Steven Shingler, Steffan Evans and Gareth Davies also crossed.
Meanwhile, Adam Warren and Adam Hughes crossed for the Dragons.
