    Argentina 25-35 England

England clear their lines thanks to a good hooked kick from Danny Care.

Experience shown by the Quins favourite. England will surely hold on now.

Here's another video of a try - watch it for Jeronimo's skills.

England defending heroically. Great work from Alex Lozowski coming across to help Jonny May, both putting their bodies on the line at the end of a really hard season. By all rights Argentina should have scored there.

  3. Mighty defence!published at 76 mins

    Argentina 25-35 England

    Great defence by England.

Scrum-half Gonzalo Bertranou tries to drive over but he is held up. The ball wasn't grounded says ref John Lacey.

    Lot of energy spent there.

Argentina scrum from five metres out.

George Ford has been world class. A fantastic drop-goal. Well executed play from the scrum. Ford has been the difference between the teams in both matches.

    "World Cup! World Cup!"

OK, not a "Jonny Wilkinson moment" but George Ford slots a beauty of a drop-goal from a fair few metres out.

Plenty of time for the Pumas to get back though.

The 10-minute klaxon. There wasn't an actual klaxon - it's figurative.

    Anyway...10 minutes.

Argentina were on the front foot but make an error 20 metres from the England line. Groans from the crowd.

Anyway, check out the clips below.

Jamestalkssport: Pathetic refereeing from John Lacey there on Nathan Hughes. The ARG player came in from the side with a knee breaker tackle

Mark Carter: Errr... why has Nathan Hughes not just been sent off [for his reaction]? Bad tackle or not... dare I say he would have in football.

  10. Ouch!published at 68 mins

    Argentina 25-32 England

Nathan Hughes is tackled at the knee. Yikes! That looked nasty and naughty - the tackler came in from a blatantly offside position at the maul.

The Wasps player is continuing. But for how long?

David Tomlinson: What a game! Forwards dominant, Ford in good form, only flaw some defensive lapses. Future looks bright.

Dai Trembath: Who needs the Lions when you have had last weeks and this weeks game

The England forwards set the maul up beautifully. Well done. They have won the tactical battle up front today.

Dylan Hartley was doing some real damage and Will Collier just found the line.

England win the line-out and the forwards take control - moving the maul around and allowing replacement Will Collier to score.

The crowd are silent again inside this lovely stadium in Santa Fe.

Really patient build-up from Argentina. They just found an edge, managed to get forward on the carry and beat England for numbers on the short side for the try.

Nicolas Sanchez will be really pleased to get that kick over too.

    Yup. Groundhog Day.

Jeronimo De La Fuente - I think he likes his name mentioned in rugby live texts - makes amends for his earlier error by jinking past a couple of England tackles to find Emiliano Boffelli who goes over.

What a match! Not necessarily of the highest quality, but definitely entertaining!
