New Zealand captain Kieran Read on BBC One:

"We know that Stuart Hogg is a dangerous player, it's just a good thing for us that we have Beauden Barrett. That moment epitomised the Test match.

"It was a massive challenge, but we knew it would be that way. They came out and threw the ball around. Full credit to the Scots.

The Fijians are still out on the pitch in Dublin, singing, and enjoying each others company.

Meanwhile lock Leone Nakarawa told Sky Sports: "Today was a diappointing game for us, we didn't play to our strengths and we didn't stick to our system.

"That resulted in a disappointing loss today.

"But we are going forward. Things don't end here. We are building up this for a better future and we will forget about the loss. We learnt a lot of lessons, we knocked the ball forward a lot."

  5. Clinical All Blackspublished at 19:23 Greenwich Mean Time 18 November 2017

This try from Beauden Barrett proved to be decisive in the end - the kind of slick, pacy and clinical play you associate with the All Blacks.

I think it is an opportunity lost for Scotland, they should have won this game.

Their scrum let them down and when they were five metres out they didn't create enough.

    And that's a wrap.

Ireland scrape the narrowest of victories over a resilient Fijian side.

They claim their second win of the autumn internationals after a fascinating contest in Dublin.

    Ireland 23-20 Fiji

We're the last ones standing in Ireland after a mammoth day of international rugby.

This has been a tight one, but the home side look to have won it.

One minute on the clock as we bed down for a scrum after a Fijian knock on.

Ireland, Ireland rings out around the Aviva Stadium.

The whistle goes from the referee, but Cian Healy can't hear him, or he's ignoring him.

The Irish forward is tackled, but he tries his luck and gets up not once, but twice, to cross the whitewash.

Ireland are hauled back though and Fiji use the penalty to clear their lines.

    Three minutes left in Dublin.

Patrick McLaughlin: Great effort from Scotland. Great game of rugby. Exciting finish.

Paul Adam: No idea how Scotland have lost that match.

Martyn Wardle: Some great rugby by Scotland. Also some ridiculously stupid decision making by Scotland.

It was a superb cover tackle from Beauden Barrett to deny Stuart Hogg at the death by the way.

Stuart Hogg is giving his post-match interview. And is choking back the tears.

    "Bloody disappointing" is his verdict.

What a player that lad is.

The TMO does not sound convinced, he hesitates, but after some persuasion from the referee, it's just a penalty to Ireland.

It's tucked away by Ian Keatley who slots his second high-pressure kick of the night.

    That could be the winner.
