    Right, that is your lot.

Saracens cap off the pre-Christmas rugby union offering with a hard-fought win against Leicester Tigers.

Enough hard tackling, blood spilt and tries scored to earn you your Christmas lunch tomorrow.

Saracens go second in the Premiership after that one. Edging Wasps into third.

Leicester stay sixth, still top half. But out of Europe already and pondering a tough second-half of the campaign.

Plenty to be impressed by, plenty to work on.

Saracens back-rower Jackson Wray told BT Sport:

"We knew it was a massive game, about backing up. We knew we have to be better, but in general, we're chuffed about that.

"We tried to get tighter, not the first time we've been in a period like this, We worked hard but have not been as smart.

"We had to focus on being tighter, making things simpler and getting back to our game plan."

Saracens end their seven-game losing run in the furnace that is Welford Road, against a Leicester side that were immensely game but failed to match the accuracy of their visitors.

Chinks in the armour of both teams are evident, there will be an inquest.

Both teams have earned their turkey though. Hard graft over craft.

Saracens are going to get the points here, but there's no festive joy on the face of Mark McCall.

    More relief.

Let's face it, this hasn't been too pretty on the whole.

Not the football that's going to scare Europe's best.

Sarries scrum penalty. That's it, bar the whistle.

Saracens smuggle the ball up the jumper, drive a maul. Eat up a few seconds. Then take their time at the ruck.

Use it calls Matt Carley. Ben Spencer kicks. Leicester go for broke. Adam Thompstone spills...

We've come back for a Saracens scrum. Time being chewed up, until the clock is stopped.

Leicester get a free-kick. Try to tap it quick and fumble it.

Matt Carley brings it back. "Took it from the wrong place."

    Sarries are furious!

Now the touch judge... Incorrectly taken free-kick was spotted by the assistant referee and Ben Youngs is vexed. Bounced off the knee rather than the foot.

Then Sarries get a scrum penalty! That's the pressure released! Tigers will be so angry.

More scrum problems. Both teams unable to set properly.

Sarries walking a knife-edge at scrum-time. Leicester know they are bossing it.

Now Matt Carley calls time-off. Not what Sarries want to hear...

Leicester need a seven-pointer. But they cannot afford to burn the clock too much to get it.

Another scrum to come for Sarries though. Lesser of two evils that!

Leicester are extremely game aren't they? Roared on by fanatical support. They keep bashing away when they have the ball. However 14 men against this hugely professional Sarries side might not be enough.

Tigers no lack of heart, or effort. But it's not been a high quality game in honesty.

Oh, Mako Vunipola's gone off now - yellow card. Not his night at the scrum.

Saracens have certainly had some help from Tigers. Leicester have made so many mistakes and have kept on handing the ball back.

Red card for a second deliberate knock-on of the game. Harsh. But Saracens will take it.

I'm not a fan of that law.

Matt Toomua spills after a smart scrum-base play. Saracens sweep it up and go for broke.

Lovely kick to the corner from Owen Farrell is chased hard by Michael Rhodes... he gathers! Tries to punch the ball back but the ball is knocked down.

    Is it a deliberate move?

22-drop out gives Saracens the ball back. We're in a key phase here.

Forward fumble by the visitors gives the ball back to Tigers. Scrappy.

Saracens' attacking shapes are starting to look good again. When Owen Farrell carries the ball he has four or five options and that is ideal for a fly-half. It's hard to defend, particularly in the latter stages when players are fatigued.
