    FT: Ospreys 20-20 Dragons

That's a wrap for this weekend's Welsh derbies.

After almost six months without rugby in Wales, the Pro14 is back with a bang.

After Scarlets' comprehensive win over Cardiff Blues yesterday, this was a thrilling draw between Ospreys and Dragons.

Ospreys will be crestfallen to have had victory snatched away from them in the dying moments, while Dragons may be frustrated to have only earned a draw against a team playing with 14 men for most of the match.

We'll do it all again next weekend as Dragons host Scarlets and Ospreys take on Cardiff Blues.

Thank you for joining us this weekend and we hope you'll do so again next time. Until then, stay safe and take care.

    A draw!

Ospreys will be gutted to have fallen just short of what would only have been a third win of the season.

They battled valiantly following George North's red card in the 14th minute, but Dragons snatched a draw in the dying seconds.

It was a fine finish from Ashton Hewitt and a long time coming for the visitors, who had plenty of possession but lacked a killer instinct in the second half.

After a thrilling first half, the second was nowhere near as entertaining - but that tense conclusion made up for that.

    Ashton Hewitt

    What a dramatic finale!

Dragons work their way back into the Ospreys' 22, with replacement Aaron Wainwright among those to carry forcefully.

The away side spread the ball to the left wing, where Ashton Hewitt dives over in the corner for his second try.

Sam Davies misses his conversion from the touchline.

This will be the final play after the restart.

What a time for the Ospreys' forwards to earn a penalty from a scrum.

Stephen Myler boots the penalty up to the halfway line and the Ospreys are two minutes away from just a third win of the season.

The Ospreys repel the Dragons' driving maul, but can they withstand the waves of attack which follow?

For the time being they can.

Yet another handling error from the Dragons - under pressure from the Ospreys defence - and the hosts clear.

Just three minutes left for the 14 men to hold on.

Yet another Dragons penalty, this time near the right corner.

What will it be this time? Another kick to the corner? A scrum?

    They go for the corner.

The Gwent region have five minutes to find a way through this dogged Ospreys defence.

    This Dragons pressure is relentless.

Can the Ospreys hold on with 14 men?

Another waste for Dragons, who knock on just as they were going through the phases and bearing down on the Ospreys' try line.

Another let-off for the Ospreys, who might just be earning some of this luck with their spirited defence.

    Try for Dragons?

Dafydd Howells got over the try line against his former side, but did he ground it?

TMO Sean Brickell is called into action again and the decision is no try - Howells seemed to drop the ball as he dived over the line.

Dragons have a penalty in any case and kick it to the corner.

Dragons win another penalty from a scrum, and Sam Davies kicks it into the Ospreys' 22.

Just nine minutes left on the clock now. Can Dragons salvage something from this game?

The kicking continues, with Rhys Webb launching the Ospreys deep into the Dragons' half.

Another fine kick from the Wales scrum-half, and that's his final contribution as he's replaced by Reuben Morgan-Williams.

An excellent first game back for Webb following his return from Toulon.

Ospreys eventually get out of their 22 thanks to a box-kick from Rhys Webb, who's kicked very well today.

But the home side are almost immediately back in their own 22 as Ashton Hewitt nudges a neat little grubber into touch.

It's nip-and-tuck, all a bit scrappy at the moment.

Ospreys are being made to work hard to clear their lines here.

After a series of carries from their forwards, the hosts knock the ball on and Dragons will have a scrum inside the Ospreys' 22.

Referee Adam Jones is checking to see if Dragons full-back Dafydd Howells has scored in the corner.

It looks like Owen Jenkins might have knocked on before then as he tried to gather Sam Davies' cross-kick.

It was indeed a knock-on. Scrum to the Ospreys five metres from their own try line.

This second half has not exactly lived up to the entertainment of the first.

It's been a stuttering, disjointed affair since the break.

Can either side produce a moment of inspiration in the final 20 minutes?

Dragons are back on the attack, though their maul in the Ospreys' 22 is brought to a halt before it generates any momentum.

Dragons recycle but knock on from the next phase, allowing Stephen Myler to clear for Ospreys.

That was a bit of a waste from the visitors.

There's a scrap unfolding off the ball and - let me surprise you - it involves Ross Moriarty.

The Dragons number eight is a hot head, and he'd say so himself.

Kieran Williams is the Ospreys player to tangle with Moriarty, though it's all rather harmless in the end, the two just wrestling on the ground and then getting on with the game.

Dragons are on the attack and they're moving into the Ospreys' 22.

So far the Ospreys' defence is holding firm, and their disciplined structure and tough tackling comes to fruition as the Dragons knock on.

Ospreys will have a scrum a few metres outside their 22.
