The Lions have now pitched a tent and lit the fire. They're still deeeeeep in the Ulster half.

They'll want to make something count here.

This is a better spell for the Lions, who looked like they might fade away after Rea's try.

They're camped on the edge of the Ulster 22, but so far the men in white are standing firm.

    Ulster 19-10 Lions

Ulster tap and go from the resulting penalty, and Matty Rea burrows his way over the line after a couple of phases.

Referee Mike Adamson has a couple of looks but finally blows his whistle.

Doak converts and Ulster need one more for the bonus-point!

Play has resumed and Ulster kick to the corner.

They win the line-out and the maul is rolling. Herring breaks away but is brought down two metres out.

They keep battering away at the line but win another penalty. Pressure is building.

Ah no. Will Addison looks in a lot of pain here, if ever there was a player that deserved a break.

This is third start in a row, before this he hadn't started back-to-back games since January 2020.

A brilliant player, and one that Andy Farrell rates very highly, this has sucked the life out of the stadium.

Here's hoping it's nowhere near as serious as it looks. Awful to see him taken off on a stretcher.

That's gutting for Addison, who has had more than his fair share of injuries in his time with Ulster.

He's in some distress and play has stopped while he is receiving treatment and the stretcher is called for.

Michael Lowry is on in his place, and there is a warm round of applause as the full-back is stretchered off the pitch.

Nick Timoney has some set of wheels on him. The back row drives into the 22 and Ulster fail to reward all his hard work with some sloppy passing with the try line gaping.

Play is brought back for a penalty, but there's some concern for Will Addison who is down receiving treatment on his ankle after being caught by a Lions tackle.

Let's hope it's nothing too serious.

Kieran Treadwell has returned from injury in place of Sam Carter. That should add some bite to Ulster's pack.

It's been a scrappy opening to the second half with a couple of spilled balls and plenty of grunt in the middle of the park.

We knew this would probably be the toughest test for Ulster so far. When you are playing against the big teams you have to be a bit more clinical. When you get into the 'green zone', you have to take teams like the Lions through the phases. We need to zip the ball away faster and up the tempo.

Ulster are taking the Lions through more phases. The Lions are paying some good rugby and firing some good shots. That's great for the competition.

A half reflective of Ulster's season to date. They're deservedly ahead and have put some really nice phases together - but we still haven't seen them click into top gear.

But not for long as the ball goes out of play from the restart.

That was an intriguing half of rugby.
