"We're delighted with the win in difficult conditions. We showed some good resilience at the end there.

"A lot of these guys haven't had much rugby, and I said to them, 'make it a difficult selection decision for me next week' - they certainly did that."

A great way to finish. It's simple stuff, pop pass round the corner, and Hoyland, who's been heavily involved, dives over to score.

  6. try

Try - Dragons 14-30 Edinburghpublished at 80 mins

    Damien Hoyland

Bonus point try as the clock goes red!

Edinburgh just kept the ball alive - Pyrgos pops up the pass to Hoyland, who comes off his wing to crash over.

Kinghorn kicks the conversion, and that's full-time - a really strong performance from Edinburgh away from home.

    Dragons 14-23 Edinburgh

Jonah Holmes chips over the top and gathers himself, but finds himself isolated, and Damian Hoyland wins the penalty at the ruck.

That probably kills off any slim chance that the Dragons had.

    Dragons 14-17 Edinburgh

    Dragons 14-17 Edinburgh

It's just not quite falling for either side at the moment.

Sam Davies chips in behind, but it just evades the grasp of Rio Dyer, who would've had a clear run to the line.

    Dragons 14-17 Edinburgh

Brilliant from Blair Kinghorn, who breaks the Dragons' line and drives his way into the opposition 22.

Edinburgh recycle, but cannot take advantage - a tired bit of handling leads to a knock-on, which releases the pressure.

    Dragons 14-17 Edinburgh

A fairly low-key start to the second half, but Edinburgh get pinged for not rolling away at a ruck, and the Dragons have a line-out deep in Edinburgh territory.
