Still not a lot to report on the pitch.
I've just made myself a cup of tea. Milk, no sugar.

Not a huge amount to report in the opening stages of this second half.

Quote MessageGlasgow created so many opportunities. Just that execution. Perpignan have been trying to make the rucks messy. Get quick, clean ball to the back line, but you've got to do that by resourcing the ruck.

It's the most one-sided 14-5 I've seen in an awfully long time. I think Glasgow had about five visits to the Perpignan 22 before they scored.
After Huw Jones goes over, you think this is plain sailing. I wouldn't say Perpignan are back in the game, because I don't think they have a chance of winning. You'd like to see Glasgow be a bit more clinical.
Glasgow 14-5 Perpignan
The players head down the Murrayfield tunnel for a breather.
Tries from Rufus McLean and Huw Jones gave Glasgow a deserved 14-0 lead, but Jake McIntyre's opportunistic try has kept Perpignan in it.

Jake McIntyre
From absolutely nowhere, Perpignan hit back.
The visiting captain Mathieu Acebes breaks away down the left wing, and gathers his own kick over the top.
Glasgow scramble back, but Perpignan's Australian fly-half Jake McIntyre dives over to score before the Warriors can get set in defence.

Quote MessageThe defensive work of the back row has been huge. It's really snuffed out any threat Perpignan have had.
Glasgow 14-0 Perpignan
Perpignan win their second scrum penalty of the night, and make their way into Glasgow's half for the first time in what seems like an age.
It doesn't last very long - Jack Dempsey hammers them back in defence and wins Glasgow the feed at a scrum.
Glasgow 14-0 Perpignan
It's a penalty to Glasgow.
Laborde and Sebastian Cancelliere gave each other a friendly slap in that exchange.
All very dramatic.
Glasgow 14-0 Perpignan
There's some very unnecessary pushing and shoving between the two sets of players.
The officials are having a look at it.
Dorian Laborde is the Perpignan player at the heart of it.

Quote MessageIt's good vision. Perpignan's 15 has come up into the line. A bit of luck, but nothing more than Glasgow deserve.
Huw Jones
The centres combine, and Glasgow stretch their lead!
George Turner's pass to Sione Tuipulotu isn't the best, but Glasgow's captain tonight gets his head up, and spots space in behind the defensive line.
His overcooked kick bounces off the post, straight into the path of Huw Jones, who dots down to score.
I'm sure Tuipulotu will claim he meant that...
Duncan Weir adds the extras.
Glasgow 7-0 Perpignan
Here come Glasgow again.
They have had 80% possession so far, and are pinning Perpignan inside their own 22.
It's been about as one-sided as it gets so far.
