But the penalty goes the way of Bath after the scrum wheels round.

On BBC Radio Scotland, Peter Wright doesn't agree with the referee's decision... colour me shocked.

    No is the simple answer.

Glasgow knock-on, and we will have a scrum once the two sets of players stop squaring up to each other.

    Fun and games.

It's all got a bit scrappy in the past few minutes.

Tom Dunn flies into the side of a ruck, and Glasgow kick the resulting penalty into the Bath 22.

Can they turn territory into points as we approach half-time?

Cam Redpath crashes it up off the back of the scrum, and before Glasgow can get set in defence, flanker Chris Cloete dives over to score from close range.

Piers Francis adds the extras from slap bang in front.

    Glasgow 14-6 Bath

A grubber kick in behind Glasgow from Cam Redpath sends Ali Price back towards his own line, but the scrum-half's pass to Josh McKay is a really poor one, and it bobbles out of play behind the dead-ball line.

Bath will have a 5m scrum.

    Glasgow 14-6 Bath

It's another poor restart from Glasgow, gifting Bath a penalty at the breakdown, but on this occasion Piers Francis pushes his kick wide of the posts.

    Sione Vailanu

A relentless rolling maul powers Glasgow over the line!

Johnny Matthews finds Matt Fagerson in the air, and the hosts march their way to the line - no answers from Bath to Glasgow's forward power.

Sione Tuipulotu was one of two backs lending their weight to that maul.

Sione Vailanu takes the plaudits, and Tom Jordan adds the extras.

Not too much to report in terms of chances from the past few minutes, but Glasgow's tempo and speed of ball is causing Bath a few problems.

Sione Tuipulotu does superbly to get over the ball and wins the hosts a penalty, which Tom Jordan kicks to touch.

Bath will be disappointed with the attempted tackle on Matt Fagerson, but he's a powerful, athletic individual. He bumps off the defender and has the pace to get over

    A great response from Glasgow!

The impetus looked to have slipped away slightly, but Matt Fagerson slips out of a couple of tackles to score under the posts.

The conversion is good, and Glasgow are on the board.
