    Sarcasm aside, Tonga and Romania are two teams who have largely underwhelmed at this World Cup and cannot qualify for either the knock-out stage or the 2027 tournament by finishing third in the pool.

    But with the pressure off and the opportunity for a final flourish, this could be a low key thriller.
