It is a big day for George Ford as it is his 31st birthday.

"After the game there might be some birthday cake," Ford told Rugby Union Daily.

"The chef usually makes them, sometimes you get to request but sometimes not.

"The main focus is the game, but hopefully we get a win and we can have some cake after."

His wife, Atdhetare, won't be in Paris as she is due any minute with baby Ford on the way.

"It is massively exciting, it could happen at any time," Ford added.

"My wife has been brilliant and amazing at home in dealing with it all. She has got a good family around her.

"Let's hope we can get a win and I can get back to her before the baby arrives."

The 32-year-old is yet to feature this Six Nations, but is named on the bench against France.

The Rugby Football Union (RFU) and Premiership Rugby have a rule whereby players selected for England must compete in the Premiership.

"The plan is to hopefully get on the pitch," Tuilagi said.

"I don't really know what I am doing tomorrow to be fair!"

Under-20 Six Nations: England turn on style to clinch title in France

England came from behind to beat France with a bonus point and clinch the Under-20 Six Nations title despite Ireland's victory over Scotland.

England were denied the title by a last-gasp try in their draw with Ireland last time out and found themselves 21-12 down at half-time.

Ireland's victory over Scotland meant England would have to win with the bonus point to lift the trophy in Pau.

England scored 33 second-half points to win 45-31 and take their first title since 2021.

Six Nations 2023: Highlights England 10-53 France

Captain Jamie George says England have reviewed footage of last year's record home defeat by France as they prepare to enact revenge in the Six Nations.

George described England's 53-10 defeat at Twickenham as one of the "darkest days" in his career.

England have not beaten France away from home since they last claimed the Grand Slam in 2016 and George says they "know what is coming" in Lyon.

"We have looked at last year's game this week," George told BBC Sport.

"We would be stupid not too. It was one of the darkest days of my career and that was not what English rugby should be about."

Ireland retained the Six Nations title as they overcame a heroic defensive effort by Scotland in Dublin.

On a nervy evening, Dan Sheehan's try either side of two Finn Russell penalties gave Ireland a one-point lead at the end of a cagey first half.

Scotland defended bravely after the break as Tadhg Furlong and Robbie Henshaw both had Irish tries ruled out.

Andrew Porter crossed to provide Ireland with clear daylight before Huw Jones gave Scotland late hope.

Ireland, however, steadied themselves in the closing moments to defend their crown in a remarkably tense conclusion to their campaign.
