That conversion may have looked easy for Holly Aitchison, but the Red Roses have struggled off the tee so far this championship.

That was a confident strike that will do her the world of good.

That for me was about the speed of England's attack.

Last week they didn't get off to the best start, but today is different.

The speed of the forwards getting into shape with England generating quick ball - they had people queueing up for the ball.

It is going to be hard for Wales to defend against.

The power of England! A long lineout is played out the back quickly, several phases wash up on the Wales line but then a quick ball to Zoe Aldcroft finds her in space and she barrels over from a few metres out.

    Holly Aitchison adds the extras.

A very good score from England and that is how dangerous they can be.

Maud Muir is a good ball carrier, but she didn't do all the hard work, she was just the final recipient of the final pass!

The roar that went up from that Wales scrum penalty shows plenty have made the quick trip over the border.

Wales have been brave so far and are showing no signs of shying away due to the occasion.

England steal the lineout but then Tatyana Heard drops the ball under no pressure to gift the ball back to Wales. A poor error at this level from the centre.

    Great start from Wales.

They are going to need to build into this game, they will need to have possession and go through the phases.

We are starting to see some nice little bits.

There is nothing better than England v Wales.

England with a strong win last week, but it was certainly not the polished performance.

They will look to be ruthless today.
