    Cardiff probably should have come away with the spoils against a very competent Bath team and showed some very good skills and scored some fantastic tries.

    On the other end of the coin is Harlequins with Marcus Smith, who likes to run, likes to throw the ball around so it all bodes well for a bumper crowd here today.

    England fly-half Marcus Smith returns for his 150th Harlequins appearance.

    Former Cardiff prop Dillon Lewis is named among the Harlequins replacements but another old Arms Park favourite Jarrod Evans is injured.

    That is not the end of the links between the two clubs with Harlequins coaching staff members Danny Wilson, Billy Millard and Adam Jones all former coaches or players at Cardiff.

    Scrum-half Danny Care will partner Smith in an all-changed Harlequins half-back pairing. Their only other change is in the second row where Joe Launchbury replaces Irne Herbst who drops to the bench.

    Wales flanker Thomas Young returns for Cardiff after recovering from a calf injury he suffered in November.

    But Wales wing Josh Adams is still missing after picking up a leg injury.

    Young is one of five Cardiff personnel changes from the side that lost to Ospreys with flanker Alex Mann and prop Rhys Carre starting.

    Centre Willis Halaholo, who extended his contract this week to the end of the seasonm, and wing Harri Millard come into the backline.

    James Botham switches to number eight from flanker.

    Hello and welcome to a sold out Arms Park for this tasty Anglo-Welsh clash between Cardiff and Harlequins.

    It's getting to that time when a win is a must for both sides.

    Harlequins are fourth in Pool 2 having also been thrashed by Toulouse but retain hopes of progression having also won 31-28 in Paris.

    Cardiff have also been heavily beaten by Toulouse before a narrow loss here to Bath.
