    Montpellier v Ulster (12.30 BST)

Changes aplenty to those teams that were named on Friday lunch-time.

There's no Ethan McIlroy for Ulster with Will Addison coming in at full-back and Stewart Moore moving to the wing.

Addison hadn't been named in the original 23 but there's no Jacob Stockdale either. The Ireland winger had been down to be on the bench.

Scrum-half Dave Shanahan is now among the replacements so, with a 6:2 split, there's no natural outside back cover on the Ulster bench.

There are alterations for the hosts too. Former All Black George Bridge is out with his place in the 13 jersey going to Pierre Lucas. In turn, Julien Tisseron comes onto their bench.

On that theme, there has been a change at referee too with Ben Whitehouse having previously been announced to replace the originally named Craig Evans.

    Montpellier v Ulster (12.30 BST)

Hello and welcome to our live text of Ulster's Challenge Cup last-16 trip to Montpellier.

After finishing fifth in their Champions Cup pool with a record of one win in four games, this is just Ulster's second time in the second-tier European competition.

They reached the semi-finals in 2021 but were beaten by the Leicester Tigers at Welford Road in what was another deflating knock-out defeat.

Even in this up and down season, the province will have designs on winning this trophy but it's a tough assignment first up with an away day in France.
