There are 67 points to play for. A glimmer of hope for Barry Hawkins.

There is a lot of love for Barry Hawkins in the auditorium and that should help and inspire him.

He needed that because it was slipping away.

It does not have to be pretty, it is just about getting a frame on the board sometimes. Barry Hawkins will be delighted with that. He would love to win this last frame before the interval.

At the moment Barry has just got the demons of the last 45 minutes in his mind. He is just trying to do anything he can to scramble over the line but against Neil Robertson you are asking for trouble.

Neil Robertson is an underrated player in this area of the game. We talk about John Higgins and Mark Williams but Robertson is up there as well.

Another red and a pink for the Australian. Barry Hawkins' stomach must be churning.

The yellow is absolutely crucial now.

    Frame seven: Robertson 4-2 Hawkins

Barry Hawkins is just about over the line here but then misses a red to the right corner. He is 53 ahead with 51 left on the table.

There is still a bit of life in this frame. If Neil Robertson somehow wins this frame it would only compound a miserable 45 minutes or so for Hawkins.

He knocks in two reds and two blacks. How will this pan out?

    Frame seven: Robertson 4-2 Hawkins

Barry Hawkins gets up to 24 and then looks to have very little on. Is that a plant on a red? It is and he smashes it in.

Can he hold himself together? He now a delicate rest shot to the bottom left and gets it flicking another red and almost covering the pink. He's okay though.

    Frame seven: Robertson 4-2 Hawkins

Neil Robertson was clean in there but does not get the run of the green and loses position immediately. Instead of playing safe he takes on a difficult yellow and comes unstuck.

Barry Hawkins has had numerous reprieves already today and this is another. He could really do with a sizable break here.

Oh hello. Neil Robertson misses a long red to bottom left corner. A collective shout of 'come on Barry' rings around Alexandra Palace.

Oh that's reckless. Hawkins gets up to 12 and then fouls bridging over a red after playing a cannon he really didn't need to.

Barry Hawkins must be reeling a bit. He has thrown away two frames. They both missed relatively easy shots in that frame but it is always the last mistake that is the worse one.

Neil Robertson now looks like he has got his tail up.

Hawkins has let Robertson off the hook and finals can turn on moments like that.
