Sam Querrey will celebrate a century today... it'll be the American's 100th Grand Slam match when he steps out to face Frenchman Gael Monfils on Cenre Court.

Querrey beat Andy Murray on his way to recording his best Grand Slam result at Wimbledon last year when he reached the semi-finals.

Monfils, meanwhile, is bidding to reach the round of 16 at SW19 for the first time in what is his 10th appearance at Wimbledon.

    Kohlschreiber 3-6 5-6 Anderson*

This one looked to be heading for a tie-break after an exchange of breaks early on, but Kevin Anderson has just whizzed a forehand winner down the line to snaffle up a vital break up an important time.

The South African eighth seed has the chance to serve out for a two-set lead.

Three-time Wimbledon champion on BBC TV

Talor Fritz is a young talented American, a natural on grass, good first serve, not afraid to play against the big boys.

I mentor Sascha Zverev a little and when he gets too confident he starts to take the pedal off the metal, cruise instead of pushing the other guy away.

In the sole second round match held over from Thursday’s action, fourth seed Alexander Zverev must overturn a two-sets-to-one deficit against Taylor Fritz when they resume on court one.

The German has plenty of recent experience of recovering from 1-2 down, having achieved the feat in three consecutive matches at Roland Garros earlier this year.

Fritz, meanwhile, will be desperate to convert his lead into what would be his first victory against a top-five player – and progress to the third round at a major for the first time in his career.

The pressure back on though. Keys hammers are few forehands down that make me flinch from the safety of my office chair.

A scream of delight from the American. This is a fascinating game, this.

Good hold from Evgeniya Rodina under serious pressure from Madison Keys. She shrieks "come on" after sealing the game. That ends a run of five games in a row for Keys in this topsy turvy encounter.

    Keys 5-7 5-4 Rodina*

Now Madison Keys can do no wrong. She's just swishing her racquet around at the back of the court like a lightsaber and is sending the ball into the corners of the court. She's gone from excellent at the start of the match, to truly woeful, to brilliant.

Now Evgeniya Rodina must hold or we are going to a decider.

This was the moment Keys ended that run of nine games in a row to her opponent...

Sometimes when you are playing a player who is giving you the match like Rodina was and then they make a few balls, you almost wait for them to miss again. And then they don't always do that and things change.

Keys breaks and from 4-0 down in the second set, having lost nine games in a row, the American is back at 4-4.

Maybe this game isn't done! Madison Keys pounds away at the Rodina defence and eventually smashes the wall down. She wins the break point and screams in celebration.

That's one of the breaks back in one of the strangest matches so far at Wimbledon this year.

Finally Madison Keys wins a game. The world number 11 ends a run of nine games in a row for her Russian opponent who had not won a match this season before heading onto the grass.

Keys' hold comes with two big aces. She's going to need some more of those.
