Daniel King: If Bernard Tomic doesn't get fined his match fee for that display against Tsonga then they might as well do away with the rule.

Wil: Just in from work and I've just seen the Tsonga vs Tomic highlights. Well played Jo-Wilfried. Quit tennis Bernard, you obviously only turn up to any event for the first round prize money.

  15. 'This is crazy...' will Serena partner Andy?!published at 19:49 British Summer Time 2 July 2019

It's the "will they? won't they?" saga of the summer, and Serena Williams continues to leave fans none the wiser over whether she'll partner Andy Murray in the mixed doubles at Wimbledon - with the deadline for entry 11:00 BST on Wednesday.

"I'm just going to see how I feel today, then go from there," said the American.

"This is crazy. I don't know. I'm still kind of in the singles mode, trying to figure that part out. We'll see. I could use extra matches, though, so... Could be something.

"I don't know. If you guys really want it, then maybe I'll do it."

Told by journalists they do really want it, Williams added: "Yeah? All right, done, just for you guys. Don't forget. If you guys want it."

Game Jubb. Can he get the break he needs or are we heading for a tie-break? His team and family and friends will be delighted that he could show us the real player after a bagel in the opening set.

He's only ranked 431st in the world, but he is gaining himself a lot of new fans with his performance here.

A very good hold of serve that one from Joao Sousa. He probably expected to be back in the locker room and safely through by now after that first set mauling.

Jubb’s eaten two bananas during this match and they’re doing the business. He’s a completely different player to the one who lost the first set!

“Come on Jubby” is all I can hear around the stands. And the Yorkshireman is up for this.

Leon Smith is still watching on. Has he been impressed by the 19-year-old?

Your world changes when you get this sort of attention.

This granting of a wildcard has changed his life.
