Wow. That's just too good from Djokovic.

He whips up a cross-court forehand to set up a break point.

Some great games so far in this fourth set, but we're yet to see a break point opportunity or deuce after six games.

A cross-court winner from Djokovic gets him to 15-30. Half a chance here.

If Berrettini didn't laugh, he would cry. Virtually everyone on Centre leaps to their feet as Djokovic demands more from the fans, palm going skywards Hulk Hogan-style.

It [the crowd cheering for Berrettini] seems to be getting to Djokovic mentally now. This place is not for the faint-hearted.

    Djokovic 6-7 (4-7) 6-4 6-4 3-3 Berrettini*

This is fantastic stuff. Some insane court coverage from both players but somehow Djokovic pulls out a winner after chasing down a ball that would appear a lost cause to many.

It's an important point too, as Djokovic turns the game in his favour to hold. A huge roar from the world number one.

Berrettini is doing a very good job in this match - but is it good enough, because he is up against the ultimate in men's tennis?

That is sublime. Novak Djokovic thinks he's done enough with a tricky drop shot, but Matteo Berrettini sprints forward and claims the point with an angled winner.

Pressure for the world number one to handle here at 15-30.

There's a great atmosphere building on Centre Court.

    *Djokovic 6-7 (4-7) 6-4 6-4 2-3 Berrettini

Berrettini eases to 30-0 but some Djokovic slice catches him flat-footed.

That's delightful though! Berrettini dinks a drop shot over and Djokovic gives up the chase almost immediately.

Djokovic gets within one point, but it's a relatively problem-free hold for the Italian.

    Djokovic 6-7 (4-7) 6-4 6-4 2-2 Berrettini*

Berrettini needs to force a breakthrough at some stage, but it's not happening here.

Djokovic misses at the net but sees out a straightforward service game to bring us level at 2-2.

Now, can Berrettini trouble the Djokovic serve?

The Italian nets to hand over a 30-0 lead and he has no response to a whipped forehand from the world number one, who closes in on a comfortable hold.

Boom! A huge cross-court forehand from Djokovic for 0-15.

Berrettini takes charge from there, though, a couple of big hits setting up a winner for 40-15 before an ace seals the deal. Nicely done.

    Djokovic 6-7 (4-7) 6-4 6-4 1-1 Berrettini*

Djokovic is struggling in his first service game of the set and Berrettini can sense it.

The Italian moves to 30-30 but he fails to increase the pressure. A couple of errors make it 1-1.

I'm becoming a big fan, not only of Berrettini's tennis, but his personality and he's got a good head on his shoulders.

There was a rather vociferous chant of 'It's Coming Home' at the end of the set.

Must be the Djokovic/Serbian fans talking about the Wimbledon title. Right?
