The 18-year-old celebrates with her box, high fives everyone in her path and still just looks so calm.

Probably more so than everyone at home! Any nails left?

Saved! Emma Raducanu needed every millimetre of her frame there to coax that volley in.

She batters down a serve on the next, follows with a punchy groundstroke and now it is championship point once more for Raducanu.

For the first time in the match the situation is getting to them. It was a timid point.

A bit of a tentative forehand from Emma Raducanu allows Leylah Fernandez to stick in the point and then the British qualifier goes long with another off the forehand side. Break back point once again.

Raducanu looks very good. I don't think the pain will be an issue. The adrenalin will block that out. It is unfortunate timing but there is nothing that can be done.

It is not great for either player.

Does that suit Raducanu or Fernandez better?! The Canadian doesn't look too happy, she is having a heated discussion with the umpire. But I'm not sure Raducanu has much choice...

Her knee is currently being patched up.
