So, we have three of the four quarter-finals confirmed.

Top seed Matteo Berrettini will take on British number one Dan Evans.

Alex de Minaur will play old stager Marin Cilic

And Cam Norrie will take on fellow Briton Jack Draper in the third.

Two out of Viktor Troicki, Francis Tiafoe, Feliciano Lopez and Denis Shapovalov will be in the final last-eight match.

Matteo Berrettini: "It was really hard. We all know Andy is a great champion and a great player. I am really happy with my performance.

"I can tell you how I played. Andy is a great guy, I know how tough it is to come back from injury. We always struggle to be fit, travelling round the world.

"I work really hard on my career. I knew I would become tall so I have always worked on my serve and today it worked pretty well."

I'm sure Murray will find something to take from that; he's spent more time on court this week, but this is Berrettini's moment.

Murray is so far back behind the baseline, he's having to cover so much court.

He's being pulled all over the place.

Matteo Berrettini's leviathan levers are causing some damage.

But Matteo Berrettini shows some top scurry and chase, reaching wide to hit a winning backhand from the wings.

Murray twangs a forehand into the net to give the Italian a look at 40-30.

Berrettini works him over from the baseline and has some deuce juice to savour.

You get a second return of serve against Berrettini, you've got to make it count, because you are getting nothing from the first serve.

Credit to Berrettini today for coming out and just playing his game.

It's been a very strong effort from the top seed today.

He's consistently putting in the performances and you can only do that if you feel that you belong.

Matteo Berrettini groundstroke stays as low as a snake's belly. A dodgy bounce that catches Andy Murray by surprise and sees his chance gone.

Berrettini hustles through the rest of the match with that ligament-snapping serve power.

Now then, for the third time in the match Andy Murray has a break point.

He lost the other two. Third time's the charm?

That was a point crafted like a Swiss timepiece. Matteo Berrettini forces Andy Murray back and wide with a raking cross-court forehand before coming in and deftly teashing a drop-shot out of reach of the befuddled Murray.

Now, Murray has to crack the code to undo Berrettini's tee-off. He's not done it yet in the match.

Andy Murray finds the first ace out his quiver. Matteo Berrettini has already hit 11.

But Berrettini is showing there is plenty to his game.

A delicious drop shot from the back of the court, before he chips, charges and shows some sharp reflexs at the net to bring up 30-40 and break point.
