Men's 500m final
Tsubasa Hasegawa of Japan sets the time to beat - his time of 35.08 will not be enough to chalenge for a medal I wouldn't have thought.

Suzygal: Loving the Bobsleigh. Still time to smash it in the 4th run!
Dave Bundy: Can't wait for the next round of the Bobsleigh when they have to push the sled back to the top! Go GBR!

The Dutch have been in control so far. They have three skaters going in this final.

I was just thinking, 'Nobody has made a mess of the start yet' when Romanian brakeman Nicolae Daroczi almost falls over as he gets in to the sled, tripping and stumbling.
He gets into the vehicle, just about, but it kills their momentum.
GB 2-2 Switzerland (end 3)
The Swiss team pull the score back level with a good final stone from skip Silvana Tirinzoni which sent GB's best stone flying from the centre of the house.

New favourite indoor venue: the Gangneung Oval, home of speed skating.
The ice looks slick, they’ve got curtains on each gate, there’s an etiquette sign, and they’ve got a light show on the outside. What’s not to like?

British fans are in short supply tonight - something of a rarity at the sliding centre, so extra credits go to Jonathan from Aberdeen.
He lives in Dubai and tells me he has “always wanted to sample the Olympic atmosphere” so has met up with an old Korean friend and is watching bobsleigh tonight and ice hockey tomorrow.
Men's two-man bobsleigh
Not the best run from Brad Hall - the GB pair are down in 11th place as it stands.
The fourth and final run starts at 13:00 GMT.
Men's 500m final (11:53 GMT)
The Dutch claimed a 1-2-3 in this event in Sochi, with Michel and Ronald Mulder (first and third respectively) becoming the first twins to win medals in the same individual Winter Olympics event since Americans Phil and Steven Mahre achieved the feat in alpine skiing at the 1984 Games.
However, reigning Olympic champion Michel won’t be able to defend his title after finishing only sixth at the Dutch trials in December. That wasn’t necessarily a surprise – he hasn’t made a World Cup podium in more than three years.
He didn’t exactly help his cause in 2016, when he ruptured an ankle ligament while attempting a high jump in a Dutch TV special ahead of the Rio Olympics.
But brother Ronald, who the European 500m title in January, will begin as one of the favourites. Other Dutch contenders are likely to be Kai Verbij and Jan Smeekens. The latter won 500m silver in Sochi – he initially thought he had won a tie for gold but the clock then adjusted the official times. He is the reigning world 500m champion.

Paul Fowler: Even with the Brits out of medal contention, only 0.13 seconds separates the top five in the two-man Bobsleigh going into the final run. This promises to be an exciting finish!

Men's two-man bobsleigh
Good story.
Justin Olsen, who had his appendix removed in Korea on 5 February, and still has his hospital tag on his left hand, rocks down in 49.53. He stays in 12th position.

Andrew Davies: Now I know why they call it bobsleigh - because when you start to push the sleigh you have to bob your head from side to side as fast as possible - brilliant.
Men's two-man bobsleigh
The home crowd like that! The Korean sled driven by Yunjong Won moves up to sixth with a run of 49.15. The GB team are dropping away, down to 10th at the moment.

This has been a really good start for the girls. It sends out a message to Switzerland that 'we're here, we're going to perform well in this game and you will need to bring your best to beat us.'
We are only in the third end so there's still a long way to go.
GB 2-0 Switzerland (end 2)
GB force a clear in the last end - an ideal end for Eve Muirhead's gang after establishing that early lead.

German sleds are running in second, third and fifth with one run to come. A lockout of medals?
