The Nurmagomedov corner is going absolutely crazy telling their fighter to put on more pressure.

Hughes lands a stiff jab and Nurmagomedov drops a knee but Hughes doesn't rush in. Nurmagomedov goes for the takedown an then tries to lift Hughes and dump him onto the canvas again but Hughes somehow walks in a handstand before brushing him off.

Nurmagomedov is giving the sort of vibes that he thinks he's won this fight but I wouldn't so sure.

We saw Hughes visibly slow down after that kick to the body. Nurmagomedov bounces off the stool waiting for round five to start.

Hughes' takedown defence is on point tonight as Nurmagomedov goes for it again but is brushed off.

Trouble for Hughes though as his right eye is pretty much closed. The two come together at the end of the round again for a few words.

Don't think these two will be texting each other after this one as we enter the fifth and final round.

The right eye of Hughes is almost closed completely.

Nurmagomedov trips Hughes and takes his back but it's so, so good from Hughes once again to escape. Nurmagomedov didn't attack Hughes from behind, used it more as a chance to rest.

Nurmagomedov goes for the takedown again and goes for the standing rear naked choke but Hughes ties up by going to his knees and escapes once again.

Good round two and three for Hughes.

Hughes is down and looks in loads of pain as he eats another kick to the groin.

Hughes is face down and not currently moving. He's hurting. No point deduction, though.

Nurmagomedov gets the takedown at the end of the round but doesn't have enough time to capitalise on it. Hughes gets back to his feet quickly.

Nurmagomedov stumbles after a hard kick to the leg before Hughes goes to the body with a solid strike.

Hughes goes for the left but Nurmagomedov sees it coming, dips under and drags Hughes to the canvas via the hips but the bell sounds before anything can happen.

Another round for Hughes, I would say.

You can't rest on the fence against Nurmagomedov. This is a highly technical fight just like we expected.

Nurmagomedov lands a nice left jab as Hughes comes back with one-two of his own before attacking the body. Hughes looks really dangerous when he lets his hands go here.

Nurmagomedov drops to his knees and goes for the takedown but it's great stuff from Hughes to defend and land a big overhand right.

That was a big shot!

Nurmagomedov moves so well at the centre of the cage, Hughes has to push him to the edge.

Just like the first round, Nurmagomedov takes the back of Hughes, but this time up against the cage. Hughes connects with a back elbow and he counters Nurmagomedov's attempted pull back but Hughes escapes and lands a big right hand.

Round two to Hughes?

Round one clearly belonged to Nurmagomedov, but Hughes trying to set the pace more in round two.

Hughes is taking his time and looking for openings and he finds one to the body but Nurmagomedov's jab is razor sharp. You'd have to say Hughes is setting the pace in the second round. Nurmagomedov clinches with Hughes and throws a knee to the body but Hughes takes it well.

That is definitely a headbutt after the round, albeit a small one. Nurmagomedov trying to bully Hughes, the referee needs to take control.

Tremendous defensive skills from Hughes to escape the rear naked choke attempt from Nurmagomedov and Hughes rocks Nurmagomedov with a huge strike.

It was a short range knee that rocked Nurmagomedov.

The two have some words for each other at the bell and Nurmagomedov even goes in for a bit of a headbutt. Not good, that.

It's spicy!

Hughes takes another kick to the groin but the referee says it's good.

Trouble for Hughes now as Nurmagomedov nails the takedown and lands blows. We think they're behind the head but the referee doesn't intervene.

Hughes does well to stand up with Nurmagomedov on his back but Nurmagomedov is firmly in control here.

Thirty seconds to survive.

There's the takedown we were talking about for Usman Nurmagomedov. He's gone for it in round one. Hughes reacting well.
